Yeah it certainly is very good. I'm not sure which is better out of Born Too Late or V though, too hard to decide.

I've heard alot about them, I haven't got around to checking them out yet though. I have seen them labelled as Technical Doom, which doesn't sound very appealing to be honest.

Fairly accurate. I have to be in an EXTREMELY specific mood for old Katatonia that I rarely am in. I listen to post-Discouraged Ones Katatonia A LOT, though.

i hated clean vocals in general for a looong time... thats the reason why it took me so long to listen to power metal :p

I think Dance Of December Souls is Katatonia's best, but Brave Murder Day is their worst.

ive got unraveled..and its allright i guess. i didnt enjoy the vocals much either.

Finally got around to checking Shape of Despair out.

I think I've gone through about 6 underwear changes.

Eh, Mikael is what makes BMD bad. His growls are just too clean and straightfoward. They don't have that rasp and despair that Renske's have, and it's his vocals that make December Souls such an amazing album.
