asdf 03-15-2008 09:04 AM

I'm considering buying the vinyl re-release of Flaming Lips - In A Priest Driven Ambulance. What say you folks?

Bread and Faxes 03-15-2008 09:07 AM

do it. Now.

Anxious 03-15-2008 09:08 AM

I need that. Too bad the album art sucks hard because its my favorite FLIPS album.

Bread and Faxes 03-15-2008 09:13 AM

I need to get the Daughters Vinyl. And Silversun Pickups

Boilermaker 03-15-2008 09:55 AM

I saw that FLIPS re-release and almost bought it but the re-release artwork sucks balls and it was like 17 dollars and I didn't have enough money.

The pink vinyl was awfully pretty though.

Me and my dad went to the racetrack last night and I saw a man who looked exactly like Mel Brooks.

Anxious 03-15-2008 11:04 AM

Me and my friends make a sport out of doing that. My favorite find was Tim Allen.

asdf 03-15-2008 11:43 AM

Tim Allen briefly went to my college and worked at the radio station before getting busted for cocaine possession.

asdf 03-15-2008 11:58 AM

Listening to an a capella version of Christianity Is Stupid on a beautiful sunny day is just so uplifting.

Although I should probably not listen to it at work. Meh.

Neoteric 03-15-2008 12:01 PM

Is that really him? Cause that's awesome.

Eliminator 03-15-2008 12:08 PM

yeah that's really him

he looks like daniel day lewis or something there

asdf 03-15-2008 12:08 PM

Yeah that's him. I can also find a recording of a broadcast he did here in 1977. I haven't listened to it yet, but it's called "Irish Cop Goes To Mars"

Liebensaft 03-15-2008 12:10 PM

Sweet.

Just been out for a meal with a few of my dad's mates kids (all my age), haven't seen them in a while so it was fun. One of my friend's got HOT in the last year or so. I was like :amaze:

samariah 03-15-2008 08:09 PM

i just had an argument with my 14 year old sister trying to explain to her why she has poopy taste in music and she tried to call the for carnation death metal. discuss brick walls for siblings

perriwinkle 03-15-2008 08:10 PM

samariah 03-15-2008 08:14 PM

breaking benji or something

perriwinkle 03-15-2008 08:14 PM

eeeeeeew

Interstate 03-15-2008 08:18 PM

At least she doesn't listen to crappy drum & bass stuff all the time like my sister does.

A Dead Modernist 03-15-2008 08:19 PM

drum & bass > breaking benji or w/e

samariah 03-15-2008 08:20 PM

id have to agree tbh

Interstate 03-15-2008 08:25 PM

Not when it's played constantly all the time and so damn loud it makes your bones shake.
I refuse to go in my sister's car because it's even worse in a confined space.

Having said that drum & bass probably does > Breaking Benjamin.

Gay name tbh.
