I really can't either, but I remember there were a few decent, not always OMFG32NOTES!!!! songs on there.

Flex-able is what changed my mind about Vai. It's not even a shred album. He does do some sololing, but the songs themselves are well written and interesting to hear.

His new album is very good too. It has some interesting ideas, and Freak Show Excess is just awesome
