I decided to watch the new season of Survivor just to see how the different races were, and they ended up picking the stupidest white people ever. They didnt even build a hut on the first day, its like they thought it was a vacation.

Eliminator 09-16-2006 04:28 PM

The white people be keeping themselves down on Survivor.
I actually haven't listened to them but still felt strongly compelled to make a dissenting statement about them.
large bundle of sticks.

Yes, I did have their disco on my comp but I got a new computer shortly after receiving that disco and never listened to it much.

In short, I have heard them but not enough to really remember, so it's more like I've never heard them.

And I resent you resorting to name calling!

Matt? 09-16-2006 05:52 PM

i was just playin holmes.

sup dude?

i haven't listened to any music in a while. got an i spoke cd in the mail for free with some split. it's pretty ok, but i haven't given it a good listen, i fell asleep after one song.

Not much. I kind of left skram. Yeah. Ballsack.

Matt? 09-16-2006 05:57 PM

skram is your home

your house is made of emo walls.

whiteminority 09-16-2006 06:11 PM

No one is allowed to call Neeshee a faggot he resents it, sufficiently bringing out the wrath of the He the Vice God of All.

Matt what split did you get?

CabbageStabbage 09-16-2006 06:44 PM

So I listened to some Hot Cross and pg. 99 on their myspaces, as well as other bands. They are pretty interesting. This means I am getting into real emo music I guess?

cobert 09-16-2006 06:52 PM

Yes.

Eliminator 09-16-2006 06:54 PM

Saetia > Off Minor > Hot Cross.

The production of Cryonics kind of sucks.

whiteminority 09-16-2006 07:12 PM

I hope you like them but because you like their myspaces doesn't mean ****. Go buy an album by each band. Get Document 8 by pg.99 and (even though I really hate Hot Cross) get Cryonics by Hot Cross, then realize that Saetia destroys Hot Cross and buy A Retrospective.

CabbageStabbage 09-16-2006 07:20 PM

Hey, hey, hey, no need to hate. I'm not a myspace kid, I don't even have an account on that site. It's just a place that is a legal or legal-ish way to find new bands. Same thing with purevolume.

I'll probably get Saetia's "A Retrospective" once I get money. I originally liked them because their singer's voice is kinda funny and the bass sounds exactly like mine, but now I genuinely like the few songs I heard so far.

I'll buy other albums once I start to find something else that I really enjoy. Thx for reccomending albums.

Anyway, I don't know how relevant this is, but Norma Jean, Between the Buried and Me aand some other bands including The Fully Down are coming to town. (I saw the fully down at my high school once and the bassist hit the singer in the face with his headstock, it was pretty cool). Think I should go?

whiteminority 09-16-2006 07:22 PM

BTBAM are tons of fun live, go if you like the other bands I guess.

I'm not hating bro, just saying.

CabbageStabbage 09-16-2006 07:25 PM

Yeah, dogg, we cool.

Any other bands similar to the ones I mentioned?

EDIT: Yeah, the bands I wanted to see are actually coming to Montreal. With the shooting that happened a couple days ago there's no way i'll be permitted to go :(

whiteminority 09-16-2006 07:35 PM

Go to the first page of this page look at the lists.

My personal suggestions:
Saetia
Off Minor
Gospel
Orchid
The Red Scare
pg. 99
City of Caterpillar
Joshua Fit For Battle
Circle Takes The Square
Majority Rule
Neil Perry
Usurp Synapse

Why is "A Crater to Cough In" on that list.

Assuming that it's the one y'all made awhile ago.

cobert 09-16-2006 09:29 PM

Because Im pretty sure we wanted a CTTS song, and that song is awesome.

Eliminator 09-16-2006 09:32 PM

"Non-Objective Portrait of Karma" blows that song out of the water. They're both great, but the other just drags on and doesn't feel as eppppiiicccccc as the former.

But yeah whateva whateva.

cobert 09-16-2006 09:33 PM

whateva ill change it at the last second.

Actually, nevermind, im not going to do it tonight.

Matt? 09-16-2006 09:41 PM

i have most of those songs i think, but i'm not on my computer that has them.

i will be tommorow night

cobert 09-16-2006 09:47 PM

Awesome.

Im gonna wait until my sisters at work. If i ever go on anything thats not myspace she thinks that its pron and its gonna make the computer blow up.

Eliminator 09-16-2006 09:49 PM
