I didn't like that album the first time around, 2nd time around I kind of liked it, 3rd time around I was crushed into hell by its unholy fury and it remains my favorite album to date

I don't really see how it's inaccessible, it's got really good production, amazing riffs, very good use of breakdowns, amazing drumming, comprehensible vocals that rule, I loved it first spin tbh.

This thread needs more Van Drunen. Had some work to do last night - Mrs Jondur was ill so went to bed early so I cranked up the stereo with some Asphyx and had a whale of a time. I reckon I'd enjoy work if I could have death metal on full volume all the time.
