ya rly Started Entombment Of A Machine and got a ways into it. Great tune by Job For A Cowboy.

I've seriously lost so much passion with guitar. I only am playing every other day for a couple hours these days. My skill is greatly improved and always developing, but there's just no passion. I play standing up 99% again , which is fun and good practice. Not hard, but harder than sitting. I used to headbang, not ultra wild, but good headbanging. Now, I'll just kinda "watch myself play w/e". It's like "awesome, I can play X Y & Z well" or "*smile* /just nailed w/e run/riff/solo"

I've been getting more into guitar lately. I used to play very regularly, but a few months ago it became a once every few weeks thing, then gradually once every couple of days, and now it's once a day, and I'm actually taking it seriously instead of just trying to pass the time.

I'm currently working on making something out of fragments of songs I wrote a couple of years ago (improvising the parts I forgot and maybe throwing in a tiny bit of new material) and trying to learn Battery by Metallica, and maybe Bed of Razors by Children of Bodom.

Yeah, that's exactly how I am these days, except with even less playing time. I just have no passion to become any better at guitar, or learn anything new with it. I don't practice at all anymore, the only time I ever play is when I'm writing and recording. The only passion I have is to actually [I]make[/I] music, and not to [I]play[/I] it any longer. The only instruments I'm playing fairly regularly anymore are drums and keyboards. Keyboards because I'm still trying to become great at it, and drums because they are just fun to mess around with.

Yeah. Exactly. I don't want to write music anymore, I used to always. I like cover w/e, but it's just sorta killing time.

ya know. Yeah, I play w/e well, in time, sounds good and w/e but I just stand there playing watching myself.

Yeah Its mostly the same thing Janne uses his just has a D at the end of it, I've already got all the bodom sounds srt up, except for the harpsichord. I jot verry cloe to Jens sound (and Jannes) and its sounds pretty bad ***.

EDIT: just to let you know, if it doesnt come out right is because the keyboard can't actually make any sound when im recording so i dunno if im playing right notes or not, should be fine though.

Ok I recorded something (if you guys listen to Warmen you'll know this) it's not really hard because i can't do the crap Janne does, if I knew any of his solos i cwould have done them but I only know downfall (partially) sooo....how do I put this on Soundclick?

I have 3 Warmen albums but I can't garantee I'll recognise it.

I got my keyboard out too and started playing the Miami Vice them that Janne plays on the intro of Tokyo Warhearts. I love that little piece.
