EDITZ: gahhhhh i just checked the maiden website again for the detes of the release:
UK and most of the world - 6th Feb
Japan and Sweden - 8th Feb
Brazil & Argentina - 13th Feb
USA & Canada - 21st Feb

why do i have to wait till 21st :(

I have notaced lots of bands make their own songs from iron maiden for example aces high has been re-done by cob and in flames

what do you all think about this

The CoB one was good until the vocals came in, to be honest.

I really like Iced Earth's covers of Hallowed, Number of the Beast, and Transylvania, though.

PS. Does MXaiden have/need a drummer?

All power to them. If I don't like a cover of a song, no one's forcing me to listen to it. Also, for many bands its a good way to pay tribute to a band they like and at the same time show how they're unique.

And besides, I've covered The Wickerman live, so I can't bash them.

I personaly liked aces high by cob better than the origonal just because it was faster but the origonal was still good
