i accidentally changed the time on my last.fm and now im trying to change it back because it says it cant scrobble if its in the wrong time zone so can someone tell me what to click kthnx

I'd look through all of the settings and find the time zone. I dunno where it's at off the top of my head.

log in and then type last.fm/settings in your address bar and there will be an option to change the time zone
