That's the only Rage DVD I don't have. I have Battle of Mexico City and Grand Olympic Auditorium. Dammit.

Stoo 03-02-2007 01:39 PM

Get it. So good. Vids from all over the world and different years. Plus Music videos.

They all have good points... Like The Battle of Mexico City is just an amazing performance, and the Mexicans are bloody mental.

The Grand Olympic is the last performance... and come on... it has the DNC gig!!
Because he changes his name on every album and then some.

Timmy C
Tim Bob
Y.Tim K.
Simmering T

Only the coolest of people do that.
Y.Tim.K is by far the best.

Stoo 03-02-2007 06:35 PM

Yes we know he is the best bassist but what is the best name?

:smoke:

Apocalyptic Raids 03-02-2007 09:55 PM

Tim Bob and Timmy C are the best names.

Thor 03-02-2007 10:32 PM

Tim Bob is by far the best. And his picture on the back of the Evil Empire booklet with a Pizza Hut shirt.

raYge 03-03-2007 02:30 AM

Tim is one of my favorite bassists. He's second only to Les Claypool
Well, as massive a fan of RATM I am, there is no way in hell I could get from Western Canada, to any of the US dates. :(
I'm just hoping for a new album or two.
Which will be followed by a second break-up,
resulting in a second Audioslave, with Kurt Cobain
coming back from the dead to do the vocals.

If only. LOL

Stoo 03-03-2007 11:40 AM

If only Chuck Schuldiner and the guys started Death Metal Against the Machine.

Na scrap that shiz, bring back ole Rage.

Thor 03-03-2007 09:33 PM

^^
That would never work. Rage is too groove oriented and Death is far too technical. Brad Wilk isn't that good. :)

Stoo 03-04-2007 04:58 PM

Yes, twas a joke :)

niobium 03-04-2007 05:10 PM

Are the three shows before or after Coachella?

Stoo 03-05-2007 04:31 AM

After I think.

badtaste 03-05-2007 06:39 AM

**** you, I won't do what you tell me

Stoo 04-30-2007 05:58 AM

That's a pretty awesome set. Freedom wasn't last?

And Wake Up? Renegades of Funk? Down Rodeo? Omg... Cum enducing.

*Awaits YouTube Vids*

niobium 04-30-2007 07:22 AM

I'd buy a DVD of that

Really typical setlist, though. I guess it had to be that way. Was hoping for something more intimate, but it's Coachella, you have to give them a show.

Stoo 04-30-2007 10:11 AM

Rage? Intimate? What would you suggest?

omgwtfboogie 04-30-2007 01:49 PM

Last night they played such an awesome show. Great stage presence and a really aggressive political speech during "Wake Up."

Where did you get this setlist? I found a review talking about them playing "Know Your Enemy"...

Clunge 05-01-2007 01:03 AM

Apparantly Know Your Enemy was played after Bullet In The Head.

Stoo 05-01-2007 06:08 AM

Some awesome vids on youtube. They still get the crowd going like they used to.
