I read that a piss-load of people are making a petition telling the other band members to kick Ozzy out of the band because his lack of commitment is what's keeping them from making a new record.

That is true. I personally think that Ozzy should stick to his solo career cause that is still pretty good and then they should bring back dio.

ozzy's solo career is dropping abit, down to earth was a brilliant album but i dont really have high hopes for the bible of ozz

as for sabbath i would like to see ozz singing for them as he is my favourite sabbath singer

He is my favourite as well but if he is holding sabbath back then I would rather him replaced by someone who is not.

I wanna see a new sabbath album regardless of the singer. Ozzy got buckethead on guitar but fired him, and bls are releasing a new album
so it's either sabbath or solo.

but if he was going to be replaced i think I should sing for sabbath lol,

Maybe it just is me, but the main riff in that song makes me think of Ac/Dc.. Black Sabbath will most likely be on Ozzfest this year, if nothing happens.

Tough call between Tomorrow's Dream and Snowblind. Definitely in top 3 Sabbath albums for me. Seemed like one of their more defining albums that was a little different from everything else they did.

To me, there isn't much Sabbath without Ozzy.

My favourite song from Vol 4 is either St Vitus Dance or Under the Sun. Im surprised that no-one has said St Vitus Dance.

I've grown to like Tony Martins vocals, he has a really good voice.

Crappy stage presence though, in a way that makes him better than Ozzy - Ozzy had amazing stage presence and a bog standard voice, Tony has crap-tastic stage presence but an amazing voice.

is it me or did sabbath turn more towards the gothic kind of lyrics after ozzy left?

That all started in the Ozzy-era, Dio carried it on but made it a little more fantasy/power metal-ish then Tony Martin had ago at it on Headless Cross.

they seemed to have a bit of gothic-ramance stuff in some of their songs (especially 'no stranger to love')
