I think eventually it's going to get to the point that the word itself is so homogenized and spread thin that it becomes pretty all-inclusive and meaningless, sort of like "punk". And that time is now.

I hate how every "emo" kid doesnt listen to emo or even know what it is. Kids stank.

I just downloaded a Love Like...Electrocution (EP I think) from Wow and they're fu[B][I][/I][/B]cking incredible.

All their songs sound a bit samey though.

I have their full-length. I forget what it's called but its good. I like how it has a playful rock/indie tinge to it.

Yeah I really don't think we need to name every Emo/Screamo band ever formed anywhere in the world in the last 20 years. Anyway, it was my impression that the first page was just a basic list to give people an idea of what the genre sounds like.
