you ignorant fuck!

by the way, the rules of thrash were just a joke... the fact that you think they were serieus shows how big of an idiot you are

deftoned 04-01-2004 01:28 AM
****! I Never knew that.. I could've sworn I've seen him playing a six.. I thought he solo'd?
he may of played a six string in sepultura i am not too sure about that but in soulfly he has always used only 4 strings and he is only a rhthym guitarist anyways i may look into buying the new soulfly album it doesnt compare to old sepultura but i have heard one song "prohecy" which i thougth was alright plus dave elleson plays bass on the album :thumb:

LordDargon 04-01-2004 05:41 AM

deftoned 04-01-2004 06:43 AM

I reckon Max would've used 6 strings in Sepul, as I think he soloed every now and then.

DimebagDarrell 04-01-2004 06:52 AM
I reckon Max would've used 6 strings in Sepul, as I think he soloed every now and then.
yeh i thought he would have. its just i got metal hammer [a british metal mag] and in it is an interview with max and one of the questions was "do you still use only four strings on a guitar" answer was simply "yes". so that could be from the start of soulfly or from sepultura days that i am not sure about tho

Jondur 04-01-2004 06:56 AM

He took the other two strings off after Chaos AD. He never did leads or anything other than rhythm parts. Andreas did all leads, acoustic passages etc. And he wrote all their decent lyrics. I actually cheered when Max left cos it was his stupid obsession with Korn etc that made Seps turn quite so sh1t. This doesn't explain why they remain sh1t though.

milano mosh 04-01-2004 07:22 AM

not thrash but still important news

Ozzy Osbourne has confirmed in a radio interview that talks are underway for BLACK SABBATH to perform at this year's Ozzfest. Asked during an appearance on the nationally syndicated radio show "Rockline" Wednesday night (March 31) if there is any truth to the reports that SABBATH are in negotiations to reunite for a headlining performance at the next installment of the traveling music festival, Osbourne replied, "I believe so." Ozzy did not confirm or deny the rumor that Geezer Butler was once again a member of his solo band (as reported exclusively by BLABBERMOUTH.NET on March 30), explaining that he didn't want to say anything because he wanted to avoid getting yelled at by his wife/manager Sharon.

It is not presently clear whether SABBATH would actually replace Ozzy as the headliner of this year's Ozzfest, or if the show would be split between an Ozzy solo set and a SABBATH set.

ive heard roorback is meant to be better than previous stuff like against and nation which were absolute rubbish but i aint gona waste my money on it. Alot of [stupid] people think roots was seps best album sure it has one or two listenable tracks on it but when compared to arise, schizophrenia and beneath the remains its crap.

manuscriptreplica 04-01-2004 08:22 AM

yeh lol i heard about that too

LordDargon 04-01-2004 12:15 PM

I like Bestial Devstation best. I love that kind of primitive, early death/black metal. Hellhammer, Sarcofago, etc, it's all great stuff.

And as for the vocals, meh, they aren't that straw-suckingish compared to some. I suppose you guys aren't big death/grind fans.

sensitiveorgan00 04-01-2004 02:48 PM

Do you guys know any websites where I can view (thrash) metal music videos? Like Slayer, Exodus, Testament, etc. Thanks.
