Well the late sixties and early seventies were by far the best and Jim died in 1971 and there was a decrease from then on but there were plenty of great albums released after that.

True but in general.

It started declining then but didn't really show until the mid 80s.

Music didn't decline, it just changed. Musicians started making music that you don't like, that doesn't mean that their music sucks. Although most 80's hair metal does suck.

Hair metal sucks because:

1) The entire genre was defined, both literally and nonliterally, by their look. The music was secondary to the Aquanet and spandex. That is a complete travesty to music.

2) 90% of rock music that was made in the 80's sounds exactly the same. It's all formulaic: write a song about how hard you rock, make sure to talk about how many women you bag each night and have a fast guitar solo in it. Then, write a sappy power ballad and go to #1.

3) Who the hell names their band Britny Fox?

Thought about it but if you go on a bad trip it lasts 12 hours and is supposed to be living hell. Have you

Its just like acid but like 8 hours...nobody sells that here in Houston.

Not really fun, just a crazy trip. Someone would be talking to me and they would fall face first intot he floor and lots of strange hallucinations like that. A highlight was when I laid down and felt like I was hovering throughout the house.

The trip lasts a long time...make sure you have a safe place to do it, and son't be paranoid!

I guess I could see how the trip could inspire to make music...I've only done it twice so I was kinda getting used to it, but if I did it often I could start writing lyrics or writing music lol.

I did too but I guess you're likely to go on a bad trip if you have anxiety, and because I knew I would have anxiety about it I don't think I want to anymore

I recall Voodoo saying he was at a friend's house. His friend's parents were supposed to be gone for a couple of days, so they got some Acid. They then took the Acid and started playing videogames. Eventually, he started noticing ripples on the screen and everything was kind of signifacant.

He and his friend had noticed that the LSD had taken, so they walked around and kind of test it out. Voodoo then stated he walked up to a still life painting filled with oranges. As he starred at the painting, an orange dropped off the painting and proceded to roll on the floor. He attempted to chase the orange, but of course could not pick it up. He became very emotional but managed to get over it.

He and his friend then went up stairs to listen to music. I believe they put on Pink Floyd. As they were on their backs watching the ceiling and listening, major ripples and color changes would occur on the ceiling. The accents and sways of the ripples matched the music perfectly. Eventually, he and his friend would fall asleep for some time.

That's all I remember. Pretty cool though.

Question: What are the difference between mushrooms and LSD. Reaction and symptom wise.

Yea, I understand and how they will not screw with your genetics, but what abotu reaction wise? Will you be exposed to visions you wouldn't on Acid, or whatever?
