i'm refering to mandy
Alright. That's what I thought. \whores all the Sinergy CDs sitting neatly in my cleanly dusted CD album. |
ok just nevermind about it
I was agreeing with you!!! lol. fucked by flood control for the first time in a long while. Also by double posts. damn. I havn't done this many in a long time. |
Isn't finding the right person and living (hopefully) happily ever what marraige is?
Last time I checked.
Yes, that's what she said. I think age is being emphasized a bit too much here. Sure, there is a borderline between too young and being an appropriate age, but just because someone is under 20 mean they absolutely should not get married. Personal values and morals regarding relationships/sex/etc. play a large part, as well as the nature of the relationship and one's ability to handel it. |
i just want to get off of it

Everyone is very different. I'm just taking, My mental, emotion, academic and overall growth as a person since 14 almost 15. Since that would be 3 years. (How long til I'm 20). That's a lot of personal growth. If I change half that over the next year, I'll be very different. |
i just downloaded the tabs to the song and looked at how they play it ... the solo part Roope is playing is far more complex than the part alexi plays. even the run, which seems to be similar is more difficult.
/me doesn't have anything by Sinergy :( |
Don't forget tabs aren't always correct.

I don't have anything by Sinergy, nor do I really want anything. I dislike them.
People say that Roope is technically the better guitarist, but he has yet to impress me lthe way Alexi does on a regular basis.
true; with 14-20 you can play around and "test". afterwards you get more choosy cause it can be the person you will live together for the rest of your life.
That came early for me. I had sex at mid 15. Now i'm nearly 16 (birthday tomorrow) and I am sick of relationships unless they are "real". I couldn't give one less of a **** if she didn't want sex all the time, just as long as I feel like we belong together. That said, i'm back with my ex :-\ /hypocrite |

Who knows until your under the gun. :p You have to keep in mind, Alexi is the lead guitarist since he runs the show. Therefor Roope naturally takes a back seat too him. |

haha. Self own3d. I don't want to deal with relationships at all, tbh. They are overrated. IMO. I agree with Josh though, feeling together is the most important part. If you just want mindless sex, there are no shortage of sluts. haha. Aww. Nice name ftw. I take it he's quite the shredder? |

Sounds like this discussion comes to a happy ending. :thumb: It's time at the fine hour: 4:01pm to get in the shower. haha. Spring break is bliss. Well. It's torture knowing next monday it's over. |

Hmm. Ohio must suck. See your stuck looking forward to it, then it'll pass and you'll miss it. I'm at the, "tortured knowing monday is back to college" phase. Yeah. |
I need to get back in school and finish
|
17 and in college, huh? You must be a bright little kid, Charming :p Or did the homeschooling allow you to move forward faster?
My spring break ended on Monday, I got a good, long time off though. |

My spring break ended on Monday, I got a good, long time off though.
Both. Here's the long story made short. I was homeschooled until Jr. year of HS. Then I joined an ISP. (go in once a week, turn in your work and take a test). They obviously said I needed a transcript of previous two years of homeschooling. My dad typed one up, it was very professional and detailed. 100 % accurate in everyway, actuallty it downplay sometimes tbh. They rejected it and said it wasn't "standard". Translation : We have a problem with your doing Jr. College work at your age and it's not "high school work". and they dicked around... Didn't accept it.. In other words, I never got my credits awarded. Facts: I did more work in a day in home school than in their program in a month. By my transcript that documented everything I had enough credits to graduate. Studies: Math Writing English Science Biology German Spanish (both for a while but never stuck with them) History (world & US) I would read anything legal related I could get my hands on and still do. I studied music history and all this stuff. Anyway... That was in sactown, CA. Then when I moved to Portland... I choose to start at the Community College since I could get a years head start on my transfer degree. Two years there, transfer and get my BA at a four year school. Technically I "graduated" high school though, since my parents filed paper work with the Department of Education in Sacramento country which made our house a "private school". So legally, on a job appication. I'd check yes on graduate high school and if I was asked... I'd say it was issued from a Private School and not state issued. No big deal. |
Home schooling always sounds like a very complicated process.
The question that always sticks with me is: why? Why not stick with actual schools? It sounds like a huge hassel to homeschool, the story above being one example. To Lil' Bloodred Mandy Hood: If your state actually requires a certain number of credits to pass each individual grade (up here it doesn't matter, as long as we have the required number to graduate by the end of 12th) then no, you'd have to redo grade 10 to gain the number of credits needed. |
So since i finished 10 th grade at home but i wouldnt of had enough credits to have passed the 10 th grade in public school do i still say well i finished the 10 th grade when i go back to finish school or no?

Most colleges prefer home schooled folks since they are more self independant and smarter. It's not a hassle at all. Why not stick with public schools? They don't offer as high a level of education. You have to deal with the idiots and nothing gets done. I hear about it from my brother. Nothing gets done, barely any work. To Mandy: You'd pick up where ever you left off. |
So id say i finished the 10th grade and do the 11th

You learn more in less time. Since you (most likely) want to learn. I can't imagine trying to learn in a classroom. |
I hated homeschooling, despite the fact that it was the most enriching educational experience of my life - it was just so BORING!!!
Although I hate this boarding school more (filled with generic, gossip-obsessed, shallow people and the academics are pure cake), I'd rather not be stuck at home all the time again - it can get old real quick. |
