You're mental. Don't get me wrong, I've never been a huge cryptopsy fan. But Flo IS a great drummer. Especially when you consider the one trick blast ponies you guys tend to wank over in here.

Nah he sucks. He was awesome at one point, on NSV the guy had some groove and...Flo to his drumming. But everything he's done since has been messy, sloppy and awful sounding...regardless of how fast he plays.

The last few Cryptopsy albums might not be very good, but he's still a good drummer. If Jimi Hendrix's later albums were played sloppy would it make him a bad guitarist? Of course not. Sloppy playing doesn't always mean bad musician.

I dont think he's a good drummer anymore. His playing is invasive and showy but not impressive enough to warrant it. It doesn't sound good to me. It sounds like a lot of "you're fast but what the **** are you doing" stuff to me

He sounded pretty tight on The Unspoken King, though it was all very straightforward and monotonous drumming.

His performance on NSV is still top notch to me, and one of the finer drum performances in death metal still.

He sounds pretty bad in every video I've seen and his drum solos are hilariously terrible.

I used to love his drum solos before, well, I knew anything about how drum solos should sound.

Here's the breakdown of a Flo drum solo
1. basic beat
2. DOUBLE BASSSSSSSSSSSSSS
3. BLAST BEATS
4. ONE HANDED ROLL BLAST BEATS
5. NONSENSICAL FAST ****

He has real presence and intensity on NSV, he's just annoying on everything they did after.

Well yeah but he was always using the entire set while doing that. His drumming on the latest album could have been done by anyone with the right chops. It seems like it didn't really take any creativity to me.

If memory serves me correctly, the drums were stupidly loud on the newest album as well. I'm not going to find out whether it is the case or not because it's an atrocious album and I have no desire to ever hear it again.
