Mebe....but I'm sick and tired of being harassed at school.
Well you can always come to the Internet and get harassed for making a stupid life decision.

br3ad_man 11-23-2005 09:24 PM

The Great Decay 11-23-2005 09:25 PM
Beards are coming back in style.
I figured that if I grew my sideburns out, I would stay warm in winter. Then I realized that was dumb and shaved around halloween. Now I want them back :(

They were cool but then they weren't for a while.

Happymeal 11-23-2005 10:54 PM

If I cut my bangs a bit I'd have a mullet now.

Little Man being Erased 11-23-2005 10:56 PM

I'm always on the verge of having a mullet just before I get my hair cut.

br3ad_man 11-23-2005 10:58 PM

Mullets are cool now.

biografiend 11-23-2005 10:58 PM

I have a friend who I recently saw sporting a beardstache. I, however, shave my face everyday to keep myself looking feminine.

I watched the Life Aquatic again tonight. I love this movie.

Little Man being Erased 11-23-2005 11:01 PM
Mullets are cool now.
That's one of the reasons why I don't want one. The other being that they are butt ugly.
I watched the Life Aquatic again tonight. I love this movie.
I too, love that movie. I love all Wes Anderson movies.

br3ad_man 11-23-2005 11:11 PM

I really have to see that. Bill Murray is awesome.

It's disgusting to see all these metros walking around with their collars up, their bracelets and mullets.

Little Man being Erased 11-23-2005 11:15 PM

Yes you do and yes it is.

biografiend 11-23-2005 11:19 PM

I agree. Wes Anderson is a wonderful director/writer, and Bill Murray is also one of my favorite actors. Broken Flowers was a great movie, too.

I sometimes pop the collar, I admit :( . Only for fun, though.

YDload 11-23-2005 11:21 PM
If I cut my bangs a bit I'd have a mullet now.
that doesn't make any sense. the mullet is a back-of-the-head phenomenon, and a strictly forehead thing like bangs can't affect it. it has to do with the hair on top.

Little Man being Erased 11-23-2005 11:21 PM

What's Broken Flowers? I haven't heard of it.

pikester 11-23-2005 11:23 PM
What's Broken Flowers? I haven't heard of it.
Another Movie with Bill Murray in it that I really wanted to see in theater's but didn't manage to before it got booted out (it was only there for like a week), but will see when it comes out on DVD.

I will also see the Life Aqautic soon enough.

biografiend 11-23-2005 11:26 PM

It is the newest Bill Murray movie. My boi and I saw it in theatres last month, and basically Bill Murray gets an anonymous letter in the mail saying that he has a long-lost son whom is now 18 years old and is looking for him. He is convinced by his friend Winston to go and try and find the woman who sent him this letter. He narrows it down to four possible women he dated around 18 years ago, and his trip leads him to very strange coincidences and odd adventures. It was a very good film suited perfectly for Bill Murray.

Little Man being Erased 11-23-2005 11:28 PM

Awesome. I'm gonna assume that it won't open over here for a little while yet. I look forward to that.

Wes rules. I haven't seen The Life Aquatic yet, though.

My favorite of his is Rushmore.

OMG that's my favourite too.

I know probably every teen who sees that movie says this, but I felt like I could relate to Max.

pikester 11-23-2005 11:51 PM

Wes Anderson is the hombre that did the Royal Tenenbaums, correct?

Because that movie rocked.

Zappa 11-23-2005 11:54 PM

I hated the Royal Tenenbaums.

Glitterati 11-23-2005 11:55 PM

Yep, that was Wes.
I hated the Royal Tenenbaums.
The Royal Tenenbaums probably hated you.

...

Actually, they were probably just jealous of your hair.

br3ad_man 11-24-2005 12:00 AM

I've seen a lot of good movies this week. Magnolia, Punch-Drunk Love, Mean Girls and Adaptation.

I've decided I'm going to rent a movie this weekend. Now I need to decide which one. I'm thinking American History X, but I'll take a browse at the video store.

br3ad_man 11-24-2005 12:09 AM

Dude, Mean Girls is awesome. You are obviously too stupid to understand it's artistic genius.

morrissey 11-24-2005 12:56 AM

oh my god oh my god

Tonight I inhaled Ian McCulloch's secondhand smoke and can now die happy.

Echo & the Bunnymen... meh stage presence but awesome music. Average crowd age was easily 45, they aren't much for emitting energy or encouraging the artist to do so. Still, I'm glad I went.

Anybody else recognise some major Echo influence in Ryan Adams' rockier works? I never noticed it until tonight but at times I could easily picture Adams singing one of their songs.
