its just that in general im a very nice guy and i have good ideas about how to live, i just get nervous and screw up + panic when im in a bad situation. its made worse by how i always want to help people so i ignore my own problems most of the time.

i got really mad at my gf a month or so ago because she was being reasonable about bad stuff i do. instead of admitting it i got angry and was really rude to her. stuff like that is completely out of character for me, and about 10 minutes afterwards ill get really upset about it.
