I notice a trend with me liking albums........I tend to like the first one more than any of the other ones reguardless of bands

Yeah, this has happened to me a lot of times maybe because I tend to start with those that are considered to be the best :-\

So, I heard half of Spreading the Disease. It was sweet to hear that Anthrax were indeed thrash at some point but still...couldn't finish the album, I got bored. :(

I think [I]Among The Living[/I] is much better, although Spreading does have Madhouse and Medusa.

As for Artillery, [I]By Inheritence[/I] is their best followed by [I]Terror Squad[/I]. In fact, [I]By Inheritence[/I] would probably be in my top 5 Thrash albums.

So who here likes Annihilator? I dig their first two albums but then they suposedly get ghey after that, so I won't bother with the rest.

The first two are okay, pretty average.

Persistence of Time > All other Anthrax

By Inheritance > All other Artillery

About the Sodom....I'm neutral, my favorite is Tapping the Vein

I dislike Annihilator.

They're nothing special.

I think Overkill and Nuclear Assaults vocals are much Much MUCH worse than Anthrax's vocals. Musically those two bands are pretty tight though.

Hell yea man im the same way. I checked out some of those bands and I think they are tight. I dont really think they are generic, but maybe thats just because Im a thrash junkie. The world needs more thrash!
