I would try Everclear (190 Proof) before Absinthe.

You can get it shipped to the US pretty easily, but it's very expensive. I got maybe 4 shots worth for a couple hydros from a friend's friend. I really felt manly after downing it all in a chug. It's definintely horrible tasting though I would recommend a chaser.

I did one shot of absinthe one night. That's all I could get. He wouldn't hand out more than 1 to anyone because he wanted to save it.

I did that one shot and drank like I normally do and got really, really drunk.

Yes. You're right, but it's without the woolworm which is the main hallucingenic.

Also, there's a ritual to drinking absinthe.
You put a sugar cube over a pourous spoon and then you light the liquor on fire.
This melts the sugar, putting out the flame, and also sweetening up the whole drink.

Me personally I don't know if it's a good idea to take multiple shots of this stuff. I'm pretty sure it contains Thujone and I really don't know how that fairs well with the human body.

Its the woolworm ingredient in it.
It's mainly be phased out.
Most go search it out and end up getting regular alcohol.
Others just need higher doses and its not the cheapest alcohol.

As for me knowing my stuff, yeah, I guess.

some of the vinyl i get has been shipped with the record outside of the heavy sleeve (not the dust cover), but still within the plastic sleeve. is that just for shipping? or should they be stored like that?
