Permanent Solution 11-24-2007 05:31 PM

I never got in trouble at school for clothing because my school isn't fascist.

I did get in trouble for leaving a huge green sploch on my professor's wall though :(

Apocalypticon 11-24-2007 05:49 PM

My friend got in trouble for wearing a shirt that said "Abort" and had fake blood stains on it.

i am the robots 11-24-2007 05:49 PM

It was an issue that the teacher's ex-husband hanged himself, but you know, I was aware of this beforehand!
well I've been in trouble for my Sunn O))) shirt but I never got suspended for it so w/e
THATS CUZ UR PUSSY

Riva 11-24-2007 05:58 PM

I got in trouble for wearing grey socks once, as the uniform required white socks.

Permanent Solution 11-24-2007 05:59 PM

If I had been required to wear uniforms at school I would have failed out of school.

Riva 11-24-2007 06:03 PM

Would it have crushed your delicate spirit by being forced to conform, instead of being that special snowflake in the blizzard.

Nostalgia 11-24-2007 06:11 PM

big80smullet 11-24-2007 06:38 PM

I got in trouble once cause my shirt was untucked at school, so i tucked it in, then when the teacher left i untucked it again

Aww, I'm sorry. I'm just in a grumpy mood.

pate 11-24-2007 07:40 PM

Turn that frown upside down.

pulseczar 11-24-2007 07:42 PM

why is the only community thread where everyone acts like a sensitive girly man in the same forum where people discuss music about corpses and shredding and people with names like "Varg"

Riva 11-24-2007 07:44 PM

Varg is Swedish for wolf.
Turn that frown upside down.
>:-]

So, did you guys know that John Howard and his party lost the election? Kevin Rudd's pretty anti-US as well, so we might see a few Australian-American initiatives get shaken up.

pate 11-24-2007 07:57 PM
why is the only community thread where everyone acts like a sensitive girly man in the same forum where people discuss music about corpses and shredding and people with names like "Varg"
Because we get out anger and aggression in our music, and our feelings and inner thoughts in the community thread, instead of the other way around.

Silenius 11-24-2007 07:58 PM

How anti-US is he?

Deth 11-24-2007 07:58 PM

I need a hug guys :(

/goes to listen to murderous hate music

MBS 11-24-2007 08:01 PM

i don't even listen to metal that frequently so i'm allowed to be a sensitive girly man

Silenius 11-24-2007 08:01 PM

Guys this'll cheer you up -

Riva 11-24-2007 08:01 PM

Well, he's not too thrilled with most of Bush's policies.

He's going to withdraw all combat troops from Iraq asap, and sign the Kyoto protocol, as well as ratify any environmental treaty/declaration that's put under his nose. He's also very keen on closer ties with China and India, so you might see US import/export trade diminishing as a result.

EDIT: You touch my tralalala, mmm baby, my big ding dong

Silenius 11-24-2007 08:06 PM

He seems like a pretty normal guy then tbh, because most people aren't too thrilled with Bush atm haha.

Riva 11-24-2007 08:07 PM

He's anti-US compared to Howard, who incidentally lost his own seat. He also used his concession speech to announce his retirement, which is the right choice, I think.

Dimmu Burger 11-24-2007 09:34 PM

Who would win between Ram Man from He-Man and the Juggernaut??

TojesDolan 11-24-2007 09:34 PM

Guys I think we need like a bunch of boxes where we can talk to ourselves and then add some lemons so we add flavour to our instant soups idk

LifeInABox 11-24-2007 10:09 PM

Does anyone know that photo of a huge crowd of people with gas masks on. It's like a monotone grey?

TojesDolan 11-24-2007 10:12 PM

Not really.

LifeInABox 11-24-2007 10:14 PM

Tyler knows what it is, he just doesn't want to tell me :(

Tyler 11-24-2007 10:20 PM

The name just escapes me right now. It'll come to me. Why do you need it so badly?

LifeInABox 11-24-2007 10:20 PM

Well, I found it, but it's a dead link and it was through mega google searching.

I really like the picture haha

Tyler 11-24-2007 10:22 PM

It's the background on my macbook and whenever I'm in lectures, I get the feeling that it makes people behind me a little uneasy. I mean, it's a bunch of children wearing gas masks, ready to fight.

Jom 11-24-2007 10:25 PM

http://blog.wired.com/photos/uncategorized/2007/04/03/gasmasks.jpg ?

So it's not the 20384023834032 x 234203482048 image but it'll do.

Tyler 11-24-2007 10:27 PM

That's the one but **** what's the title/photographer. That's about as big of a copy you'll find online anyways. I doubt the guy who paid upwards or 150,000 is going to scan it, hah.

LifeInABox 11-24-2007 10:28 PM

You're the man
