Actually, after about a year iPod batterys complete die and they're basically impossible to change yourself. You have to pay to get them changed.

Well all rechargable batteries die at some point, but since the Zen Touch has a 24 hour battery life it requires few rechargings increasing the life of the battery so suck on that Apple.
