My mom was taking my dad to an appointment at 5:00 and she asks me to put spaghetti noodles on at 6:00. I go downstairs at 6:00 to put the noodles on. I smell burning, and my mom left the sauce on, on the stove at about medium heat. I look in the pan and it's burned. My mom and dad get home at about 6:20 and I tell them the sauce was burnt. I my mom asks why I didn't turn down the heat on the stove. I told her that I didn't know I was supposed to be watching the stove, and then both my parents start freaking out at me and start calling me stupid and saying I have no brians.

God how I hate it here.

That's one of the things I love about my parents, if they're wrong about something they will admit it and apologize. Builds a lot more respect that way.

I took a walk into town, got a piece of pizza for dinner and enjoyed that then walked home. Gave me some cooling off time and I'm just ignoring my mom.

Walking is a good way to relieve stress, and food too.
