because I like you guys, im gonna upload the first recording of my prog metal band, I warn you though, there's a lot of mistakes on my part due to me being the new bassist and I learnt the song the night before. So we're not really that tight and the singing is bad but we're getting a lot better.

at around 5 minutes, im supposed to be doing a tapping riff but it didn't get picked up by the mic (recording noobs) and my bass fills sucked (again, due to not knowing the song).
I think I did alright though, couldn't really groove in it though

A few of my friends play poker online for real money. They've won some relatively large amounts of money.

The recording sucked, drumming was horrable and off time at quite a few parts. The singing made me want to rip my ears off. Get your drummer a metronome, and teach him how to tune a kit so it isn't so boomy.

lol, I agree, we recorded with one mic in the centre of the room, the singer can't sing and you are right, he does go out of time. His excuse is that we change time signatures so much that a metronome would be impossible but I dunno

Today was a wild day... so exhausting.

I won't lie, I have got some sleep today. I slept from about 6:15 to 6:45, a solid half hour.

i dont plan on going to bed tonight, it's 3:55 in the morning, im pumped up on red bull and im watching a program about racism on BBC2. I'm all set
