Hold on I'll try to find the interview,
Oh and butcher yesterday I was bored and I started looking at your previous threads, and haha, what the hell was that kotton mouth kings one? I have heard of them but...oh and what the hell is a bro? if not meaning your brother. EDIT: And IMO sepultura don't sound any thing like slayer.
A "bro" is a white-guy who rides dirt-bikes, and have big lifted (usually Ford trucks) listen to rap, are basically hillbilly-ish wigger. They praise the Kotton Mouth Kings, get stoned all the time, and just think they're the all around tough shit. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y82/2fast4them/KMK%20SRH%20DGAF%20Stuff/8.jpg < Those are "bros" Anyway, yeah I just found a thing about Sepultura claiming Slayer to be racist and attracting neo-Nazis to the concerts. I also don't think that Slayer and Sepultura sound alike either. EDIT-I posted that interview the first day it came out. Old news for me. |

It's kinda like watching a hillbilly version of "Malibu's Most Wanted" |
Ohh...Not to get off subject but you know that kerry hart dude? would you lable him a "bro"
Oh and yea I know slayer aren't nazis, hell Tom and dave aren't even American, but they do attract a lot of nazis to their shows. |

People just assume them to be racist because of songs like Angel Of Death, or Death's Head. But yeah like you said. Tom is from Chile, and Dave is from Cuba. |
Isn't he a skater?

Well most are hillbilies where I live. Because most around my area come from this small hick town in the sticks called Jamul. But they could be cityboys as well. Basically just think "stoner offroading wiggers". And that's your typical bro. |

Rosamond has probably 1,330 people in it. I see guys like that all the time and I really want to slap them. I just want to tell them to be yourself and stop putting up a front. |
LoL That's funny man

Slayer should do an anti-bro song. Maybe even do some rap bashing just for kicks and giggles.

Ugh! No, some metal band did a song called "Wigger" it was aweful. The chorus was "Pull yo pants up". It made me want to beat them with a stick. I can't remember who it was but I was on yahoo's music video section, and it just came up.
Also, Jeff's love of German WWII medals doesn't help.
Yeah that aswell. Wasn't his dad in WWII? |
Yeah that aswell. Wasn't his dad in WWII?
Not only was his dad in WWII, but he was at omaha beach during D-Day. Jeff's dad has my total upmost respect. Apparently your life expectancy during that battle was less that 6 secs. |
Yep it was crazy
|
Yeah that aswell. Wasn't his dad in WWII?
I think I read that somewhere actually. Also, I have that patch that's in your avatar. Haven't sewn it to anything yet though. NP: Frédéric Chopin - Nocturne Op 9 No 3 in B
Jeff's dad has my total upmost respect.
All those soldiers earned my respect. |

I don't understand Jeff could ever be a Nazi. |

Is anyone going to try the Thrash metal competition?
I want to but I can't record to the College computers. :upset: I had this awesome Drop D thrash song that I was working on. |
Metal Hammer: Having been around for almost a quarter of a century, what do you think SLAYER did right that the other pioneers of the thrash movement did wrong? Kerry King: "Well, we never took time off from the thrash movement like METALLICA did. We didn't get sidetracked by pop music like MEGADETH did. We didn't lose our frontman like ANTHRAX did. I probably felt competition with those bands at the time thrash was taking off, but we always knew that none of those bands were better than us. We just went out and kept doing our thing."
Ha, Kerry King is usually a big mouth but, this is so true. Except for the bolded. |

NP:Mozart-Symphony No. 25 in G minor, K.183 - Allegro
I just google imaged that picture, and found the site it came from. They have that pact for $19.99 I like that patch, but I'd never pay that much for a patch. |

Yeah that's way too much. Also, are you a user who has had a name change? I haven't kept track of name changes :-/ |
Yeah that's way too much.
Also, are you a user who has had a name change? I haven't kept track of name changes :-/
You may remember the immature user ThrashHead? That was me, but got banned (for being stupid) and then my account was deleted in the server change, and then I rejoined as Hrothgar, but changed it to Butcher about 3 weeks later. |
Tell me more
Had a cool riff that I was trying to piece together with some other riffs. Intro: (clean) Guitar 1 e:--------------------------------------: b:--------6-------6--------5--------5---: (play 4 times then gtr. 2 g:-o----7-------5--------5--------5---o-: enters with riff 1A) d:-o--7-------7--------7--------5-----o-: a:--5-------5--------5--------5---------: d:---------------------------------------: Play Intro 4 more times with Riff 1A Riff 1A: (played on the 4th beat) (distorted) e:----------- b:----------- g:----------- d:----------- a:5/6-6-3-0- d:5/6-6-3-0- Main Riff: e:---------------------------: b:---------------------------: g:-o------------------------o: d:-o------------------------o: a:--0-0-2-0-0-3-0-5-3-0-6---: d:--0-0-2-0-0-3-0-5-3-0-6---: Those are a few of the Ideas that I had britton. |

Rosamond is like 70 something miles north of Los Angeles. I go to Antelope Valley Community College. I actually had that main riff long before I went to college. (I was self taught before february of this year) |

3 years.
I've been into metal since I was 10 (I'm 20 now) but didn't start playing guitar until I was 17. (My dad didn't want me to learn an instrument for some reason. It wasn't until I moved in with my mom that I got to learn it finally.) I really liked the intro of my untitled song. i just take a D barre chord and lift off one finger at a time. I sounds so awesome. Mix in that distorted second guitar and you'll sound awesome. |
