Wow, sounds like you ahd a fun day  haha

Win A Rabbit 12-04-2005 08:20 PM

well i did learn to throw pizza. i got the hang of it very quickly. the dough was super stretchy, and me and the 2 of them stretched a ball of dough into a 36" pizza. twice the diameter of regular pizzas, it fit on 4 trays. it was amazing. paper thin, but all still intact. we didn't cook it, but it would have been amazing to.

White 12-04-2005 08:33 PM

Wow lol, I couldntimagine eating a pizza that big haha

Seafroggys 12-04-2005 08:55 PM

well two things....

for all you Who fans, I posted a review of Who Are You on sputnik

And the other thing....i took out my earplugs after drumming, and it didn't feel like they were out.....the muffled sound and pressure you get from wearing earplugs still exists, even as I type this. This has never happened before, anybody have any experience or ideas?

rockindrummer 12-04-2005 09:22 PM

Awsome sic. That would have been somthing awsome to see.
Yeah, I think the L-Word is Manitoban, while Trailer Park Boys is... New Brunswick if I remember right .
Nova Scotia.

interesting fact

they rented real trailerpark space to film, but once the popularity exploded, they couldnt keep people off the set while filming.

now they have a recreated lot in detail to ensure a closed set

Seafroggys 12-04-2005 09:44 PM

people should check out my website full of nothing!

Double Bass Jim 12-04-2005 10:07 PM

Win A Rabbit 12-04-2005 10:32 PM

just had a little 2 hour on/off nap with the tv on. those are always the most refreshing. figured i'd burn a cd or two for tomorrow, since i don't really feel like going to sleep right now. my legs are aching so bad. i was on my feet for 9 hours, walking around for the majority of it.

i had some orange pekoe tea at work, ugh. worst tea i've had in my life. it tasted like bad medicine. i went and got some good tea, but i didn't get a break to make it afterwards. now i'm making up for all of that with a nice cup of blueberry tea.

rockindrummer 12-04-2005 10:42 PM

^ How many cds do you have man!?

That's awsome jim.

Double Bass Jim 12-04-2005 10:45 PM
Awsome man. How long have you been playing the geetar?
For a long time actually just not very serious about it, it's something I pick up when I can't play drums or im out in the living room. I think nows the time to really start digging into it though and getting better and more fluent.

Win A Rabbit 12-04-2005 10:49 PM
^ How many cds do you have man!?
altogether, probably 150. but only 50-ish that i still listen to. i have 2 36-cd booklet things i have full, but i keep replacing the cd's i don't listen to with new cd's. i've been getting into alot of actual emo/screamo lately, and those have been replacing alot of my pop-punk cd's.

i actually cycle through most of them. i bring 2 or 3 cd's to school one day, listen to both one or two times, bring them home. take 2 different cd's the next day. that kind of thing.

rockindrummer 12-04-2005 10:59 PM

That's quite a few cds. I don't actually have that many cds as I dload all of them so I have a bunch in itunes but not that many actual cds.

Win A Rabbit 12-04-2005 11:16 PM

yeah, i'm lacking in the mp3 player department. i'm one of the very very few who still uses a discman.

maybe for christmas.

rockindrummer 12-04-2005 11:18 PM

Same here, but I don't use a diskman. If I had an mp3 player I'd take it to school and stuff but a cd player is just to awkward so I don't bother.

Plan B. 12-04-2005 11:24 PM

NO man, noooo!

Keep the OG discman.

Behold the OG JVC:

The display is broken so IT'S ALWAYS FULL!

It's fallen countless times, still goin' strong.

The back has undergone some serious wear, the rubber stop pads are completely scratched off, I peeled the sticker off 'cause it was bothering me but thank goodness the battery door is still intact. But it's only a matter of time before that thing goes, hahaha!

rockindrummer 12-04-2005 11:27 PM

^ That thing is a wreck man.

Win A Rabbit 12-04-2005 11:31 PM

haha my old discman was terrible. you know the thing that holds the cd in? a little more than half of it was broken off, so if you tipped it at all, the cd would fall right out. the display screen just stopped working, i had to tape it shut. i finally gave up and bought a brand new one for $30. the price of discmans have gone down so much now.

Plan B. 12-04-2005 11:31 PM

OH!

I almost forgot, you can see the HUGE stick dent in the first picture I put in it one day with a drumstick. I was rocking out hard and it skipped or something, for like the 10th time, and it was during a emotional moment in the song, and outta nowhere this range just burst outta me. Primal range, so I used whatever I had in my hand (drumsticks) and litterally as HARD as I could slammed it with the stick. I was at an awkward position so it didn't completely destroy it, but it made a mark bhwahahaha.

Half Life 12-04-2005 11:38 PM
On another note, guess what finally came in to the local store? That's right, my 22" A Ping. Yes, yes . I gotta pick that bitch up right away.
^Sweet man, be sure to put up pictures :thumb: Just got home today from being up in the cities all weekend for the Korn show. It was a darn good time. I had front row in the pit. Their playing was flawless but I was somewhat dissapointed in David's kit. Freaking decked out in triggers. EVERY drum :( Oh well, can't have everything. My friend caught one of Fieldy's water bottles. It was sweet. I also got to have quite a few shots of Peppermint Schnapps afterward and I downed a 2 liter jug of strawberry Jose Cuervo tequila. Good thing it wasn't straight tequila or I'd be dead  Only thing that sucked was waiting 3 hours outside in the cold at the show and having to hold in my piss for over 7 hours until after the show

Double Bass Jim 12-04-2005 11:46 PM

Ahhh NICE... The good ole pingarooni.

Tim 12-05-2005 12:37 AM

the worst thing ever is having to wait in teh cold while having to take a dump really badly. man is that the worst. it sucks so bad. shivering while youre prairie doggin it.
i wanna change my username. it should be Double Bass Tim. lolz

Plan B. 12-05-2005 12:41 AM

I would think the cold would make your entire body tense up making it easier to hold it in.

Or maybe the shivering would shake it loose?

Seafroggys 12-05-2005 01:20 AM
Or maybe the shivering would shake it loose?
  hahaha oh my god, that just put the funniest image in my head hahaha
