Yeah, it sucks rather hard. I'm tierd as hell right now, but I know by the time I get up and walk to my room I'll be wide awake again.

yeah, i knew i wanted to get up early today to get on with a few jobs etc, and so my brain didn't let me sleep till about 2:30am. I got about 3:45mins sleep when i got up.

What time is it for you now?

6 AM. I have my alarm set for 2 PM.

haha sounds like you're a bit like one of my mates at the moment. He took a year off school before going to music college, and he became like some nocturnal creature. He gets to bed at like 7-8am, and won't get up again until about 5pm at the earliest

That's what's gonna happen to me if I don't set my alarm to like 2 or something. I'll sleep til at least 5 PM.

it's a bit of a bastard, especially if you're getting good weather as you miss the best part of the day.

Completely. My mom works from home too, and my computer is in the office. If I'm still up when she gets up, I'm kicked out of here. No more music or solitare.

To get myself to sleep last night i started listening to music through headphones whilst laying in bed. dunno why that worked, but it did.

Miles Davis works wonders. One time I was wide awake and had no TV or any other sort of entertainment, I put Kind of Blue on in my CD player, took the headphones slightly off my ears, and put it at half volume. I was out in 10 minutes.

Trouble is i don't have anything that mellow to listen to, i think the closest i have in my music collection is Sublime or the occasional mad Caddies song.

i think i'll have to try and put togther a soft album. Try and get some dub and slower ska on there. Bit of reggae as well

I Luv I Jah by Bad Brains would work nicely on that kind of CD.

Yeah, actually i was reading about Bad Brains ealier as they're not a band i know a whole lot about. I asked someone to upload a favoruite bad brains cd/favourite songs in the bad brains thread in punk, so that might come up.

Solitare takes up much time in the evening. Municipal Waste are sick. Awesome thrash.

solitaire takes no patience, takes about 3-4 minutes to complete a game
