Eh, not for my band :p Well, we have a producer to do all the mixing and mastering for us, so I guess I wouldn't understand, haha.

Does anyone here have the Marshall Mathers LP, and would they be willing to upload it? I used to have it on CD but I don't know what I did with it (probably threw it away when I thought I was too cool to listen to Eminem anymore). I had a big craving to listen to it the other day though, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be shot. (j/k)

So I actually made it to the store today (finally) to pick up cannibal Corpse's new one......not bad, but not that different.....they really don't like to evolve musically........

Deconstruction 03-21-2006 09:23 PM

I will upload my song in GP5 format, if anyone wants a listen, or in midi.

Yknow, I'm not sure if I've heard stuff from that band or not...they might have been one of the bands I listened to when I was on a purevolume.com binge a few years ago.

Good god, during orchestra we ordered a good 40 dollars worth of cheesy bread. SOOO GOOOOOD.

Now, must go to bed, get up, lug instrument and gear to school, leave it somewhere for a period, get it, play at elementary school with jazz band, bring it back, leave it in same place for 2 periods, get it again for orchestra after school, and finally leave it somewhere AGAIN for language honors society. **** you tech week.

Lunch 03-21-2006 09:44 PM

Glad I'm not the one here who likes it.

Moses 03-21-2006 10:02 PM

I only like the first song and The Way I Am on that cd.

Shred Danson 03-21-2006 11:35 PM

Shred Danson 03-22-2006 12:19 AM

hey, haven't seen ya on here in a while, Fury...

I'm writing new material for the three song sampler we're putting out after releasing the EP (next Friday) and planning for the full length....

Leper 03-22-2006 12:31 AM

I started my new job today, it was neat. Apparently I'll be training for 3 days. We spent the first hour or so just riding around on electric pallet jacks. It's weird though, I told the manager before I got hired that my schedule would be a bit akward until hockey is finished, and he said it was fine. But when I told him today that I had to leave early due to hockey, he was surprised! So I guess I'll see how things go from here.

Marshall Mathers LP is a great album imo.

Jev 03-22-2006 01:53 AM

I agree. That and the Slim Shady LP are my favourite albums by him.

Jom 03-22-2006 06:38 AM

I'm up wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too early for my liking.

But I had to register for classes for next year, so it's a worthwhile cause.

I'm not particularly thrilled with the schedule, but I'll make do. Hopefully it won't be too bad.

I'm not really going to list times or days or anything, but here's the general idea of what I have (pretty much all are requirements):

Fall

World Geography
Microeconomics
Strategies for Teachers of Social Studies
Developmental Psychopathology
People and Plants (derrrrrrrrrrrr)

Winter

Macroeconomics
History of American Sport
Cognitive Science: The Language of
First Aid
Educational Psych
Research Methods

Bartender 03-22-2006 06:45 AM

Always seems strange that you have to kind of fight for the classes you want.

People and Plants?

Jom 03-22-2006 06:55 AM
People and Plants?
Yeah, that's the course name : |

I can find the course description, if you'd like.

Basically, I have to take a non-lab science course that's in the Honors discipline, and it's either that or something having to do with cells and molecules, so the choice was easy for me. Stupid requirements, to be honest. But apparently the class rules or is really easy or both or something, so that's what I signed up for.
Always seems strange that you have to kind of fight for the classes you want.
Well, there's only so many spaces per section - the course could be offered five times a semester, but when the times never seem to want to line up with the schedule I'd ideally like, then it sucks. I think I spent a good eight hours juggling my proposed schedule before I came to a general consensus that I was cool with.

Yet it took me five minutes to register for both semesters. Something's not right there, heh.

Good morning, fellas. Well, finanlly the sun is shining here again. Might have to go for a little ride this afternoon. For physical training this morning we did some sweet hand-to-hand combat training. Good stuff. How's everyone doing today?

People and Plants...the name of that class alone made me laugh, then even more when I gave it some thought.

kurrpt 03-22-2006 08:55 AM

me is alright, except for the fact that im partially sick for the first time in over a year.

Hey anyone heard about that CD Kerrang made to "honour" the 25th birthday of Master of Puppets?
It goes-
Machine Head - Battery
Trivium - Master of Puppets
Mendeed - The Thing That Should Not Be
Bullet for my Valentine - Sanitarium
Chimaira - Disposable Heroes
Fightstar - Leper Messiah
Mastodon - Orion
Funeral For A Friend - Damage Inc.

Now I know most of you won't be bothered, but this looks crap. Fightstar ffs. He used to be in BUSTED!.

kurrpt 03-22-2006 10:37 AM

nah, not at all

he pooped on my sock the one day. She said it was because she neglected to clean his litter box. I told her shes lucky he didnt shat on a pair of my pants. It would have been "shoe weather" then.

"shoe weather" is a term i coined, in which i rain down shoes upon my foes
