Havent had those in years, those things are pretty good too!
I had one for lunch every day school day last year.

I somehow lost 7 pounds.

rockindrummer 01-12-2006 11:47 PM

Sounds like you have a pretty nice effects chain faith.

Anyway, i'm kind of pissed at my bassist right now. Well not him but more his dad. First he builds a wall to make a jam room and soundproofs it to some degree.

He bought a drumset ( a ****ty one that isn't even worth playing on. heads a totaly trashed and i'm not going to buy heads for a full other kit when I have to by them for my own kit as well)

He was talking about buying a mixer and mics and crap to record, when he knew very well that my dad had all of that stuff.

Then today he goes out and hires a bunch of people to professionally soundproof the rest of the room. I know that he is doing all this stuff for the "band" but I really think that he is just doing this so he can always "keep an eye on us", he just.. aghh I don't know I can't really find words for it.

So basiclly he is being an over protective person and is try to force us to practice there. Plus i'm not allowed to move my kit because I need to practice and there is already one there.

Double Bass Jim 01-12-2006 11:47 PM
Is that all you ate everyday?
Nah, they sell them at school during lunch, and I was short on cash at the time. Plus I was too lazy to make my own lunch.

I mean, I ate breakfast and dinner, and frequently ate ice cream at night before bed. I still do all that, except I don't eat hot pockets anymore.

I have problems.

derryk 01-13-2006 12:16 AM

My God, that PEOPLE ARE BIASSED thread is retarded.

(I play bass btw)
You don't want cheap. Best thing you can do is try them out. Also don't pay a hefty amount for true bypass. Im reading on how to do it now, It seems like it might cost 10-20 bucks to do it yourself.

But check out SD pedals. Some have true bypass on them.

boss 01-13-2006 12:19 AM

I actually used to get alot of excersize. I used to swim about a mile, mile and a half a day. I still have no idea how I lost weight like that. Maybe high metabolism is a double-edged sword, who knows.

To be honest, I have no idea which one he was talking to. I just thought I'd throw my two cents out there. Bad habit.

Blank 01-13-2006 12:31 AM

derryk 01-13-2006 12:33 AM

Meh.. Jim probably loves you more anyways.

And speaking of which.. you have an extremely low post count!

Win A Rabbit 01-13-2006 12:33 AM

i have a sandwich almost every day for lunch. sometimes 2, or i'll eat one of them inbetween first and second class.

oh my god, today at work, we were really bored, so we were practicing throwing pizza, and we got it to about 40 inches in diameter, then it was unthrowable due to huge holes in it. so i took it, rolled it back up, and made it into a near perfect cylinder shape. the person i was working with comes up, and she transforms it to a pen0r. keep in mind, this is a 24 oz. ball of dough. this thing was 18" long, and about 5" wide. so after a while, i decided to throw it in the oven. it grew about another 5" in length and 2 or 3" in width. so i bring it out, and i've got this 20+" long pen0r, and as i'm putting it on a plate to take to the back, a huge swarm of people come in. so i leave it there, and serve them all. atleast 10 people, all while a huge dough pen0r sits 2 feet from me. no one said a thing about it, but they were all staring at it.

oh, the wonders of boredom.

aznriceball 01-13-2006 12:35 AM

Yeah, the first year or so was really slow. I only really started posting frequently when the Rush thread started in R&M and when I started posting here.

Meh, Join Date > Postcount anyways.

Man, taquitos have to be the best lunch food ever. I have six for lunch on weekends.

bad diet++

Blank 01-13-2006 12:43 AM

No way man.
The best lunch is a grilled cheese and hot fries :smash:

derryk 01-13-2006 12:45 AM

My school makes a good poutine in the Caf. Of course, it's mozarella cheese, so that kind of ruins it. I hate people that say "Ew, that un-melty cheese is so gross on poutines." They make it sound like mozarella is better. But it isn't.

Maggot Dream 01-13-2006 12:45 AM
No way man.

Nah, buy some Arizona Gunslinger hotsauce and load it up on the taquitoes. Can't beat it. Except for when you're running for milk or water or whatever to soothe the burn.

Ahh no, you gotta keep 'em pure. Bread + cheese + ketchup = flavor sensation.

I guess I'm off to bed. My posts have degenerated quickly in the last half hour.

G'nite.
