The rent is 1040 split 3 ways, which is cheap as fuck for Seattle. He (a gay dude) feels it's unfair because they share a room (which is easily twice as big and way nicer than mine) and tried to make me feel bad saying how it's his first time leasing a place and how we took advantage of him? idk he's being really dramatic about it and I more or less told him that if he had a problem with it he should have brought it up earlier and if he was financially unprepared it's his problem not ours.

Tell him to stop being a chicken shit. who cares if it is his first time leasing. It does not matter if they share a room because if rent is split evenly (or close to it) you pay it because you live there, not because you live in X or Y room in the house.
