The best dvd ever would be like Lamentations but with songs pulled from their entire discography, like a live show would be normally, without all the Damnation whore-age. But, alas, Lopez is gone, and with him is the potential best dvd ever.

So, I saw Opeth this weekend at the Metaltown festival in Gothenburg. Really sweet, a bit short, though. One hour isn't very long and they only had time to play five songs. But I got to see Tool as well, so I'm happy anyway.

well, my verdict is Lamentations = Damn good. the heavier set was incredible and i liked the damnation set more than i thought i would. the documentry was a bit long.

Yeah, Lamentations's really good, even though they just play songs from Deliverance and BWP. I like the documentary, though.

i love the way they show us numerous clips of recording the drums and then Akerfeldt says: "watching the drums being recorded is really boring"
