Yea, but I still think it's great. It was the first Dead CD I heard that I liked.

Yea I like it also. Slow Train Coming is very catchy, I like that song.

jpj 12-04-2004 09:13 AM

Yea, I think it's my favorite song od that album. I like that little at the begining riff in I Want You

Agreed. So have you heard Quicksilver Messenger Service? If you have should I get an album by them?

jpj 12-04-2004 09:16 AM

No, I haven't :(

Livewired worships them, so they're probably good. He recommended an albun, but I forget what it was.

I think it was Happy Trails, but it's live so I'm not sure about it.

jpj 12-04-2004 09:44 AM

Yea that was the one. What's wrong with live albums?

lunch998 12-04-2004 09:47 AM
Yea that was the one. What's wrong with live albums?
Nothing, live albums are great. When you first get into a band it's weird starting with a live album sometimes though.

jpj 12-04-2004 09:52 AM

You'll have ot ask Livewired when he gets on then.

From what I remember he highly recommends it. If I find it at a record store around me I'll probably buy it.

x_poison_gal_x 12-04-2004 09:55 AM

love all kinda rock music, and Im only 15... but the stones are one of my favourite bands ever. Its crazy I know, but i feel like back then it was wayyy more sex, drugs, and rock and roll....The bands back then seem to love the music. Now you dont get rock with so much sparkle usually...

I just randomly decided to start a featured artist. On Warren Haynes. So far have about 7 long paragraphs.

I listen to all kinds of classic rock. like Zeppelen, Queen, GnR, the clash and Nirvana. (nirvana isnt classic but who gives a ****)

Badmoon 12-04-2004 10:11 AM

Rock's right. Let's lower than conversation on avatars, and rep points. Keep it out side the thread. :)

****head2 12-04-2004 10:13 AM
Would ac/dc be counted as classic rock? They are one of my favorite bands but I have always thought that they are just plain rock.
I dont no either but ac?dc kicks some serios ***

x_poison_gal_x 12-04-2004 10:13 AM

Stop quoting old posts please. Has anyone noticed when someone quotes an old post it's always rock's?

It's not classic rock now so we don't care about them.
