too late:(

TTTSNB 01-23-2008 12:45 PM
;15884374']i'm sleepy. i hate 8am classes. i don't even like 9 o'clock classes, much less 8.

i'm done with classes for today, but i'm still tired. plus it's cold and wet outside.
Then don't take them. I take mostly 10:45 and later classes, and I'm taking all the classes I want too.
Then don't take them. originally it was a 9 am class, but it got moved and i got pissed.

LoneStarDrummer 01-23-2008 12:51 PM
[YNH]...your kit makes me cream...post it again.
i recently posted it in the new let's see those kits thread. i think it's post #52

Panopticon 01-23-2008 12:58 PM

Wow. I'm not really sure why they have 8 am classes in college.
Wow. I'm not really sure why they have 8 am classes in college.
i don't either. i think it's dumb. i made a vow never to take them, but i didn't have an option this time around.

getting up early is such a pain.

Panopticon 01-23-2008 02:11 PM

sick can't wait.

Win A Rabbit 01-23-2008 02:15 PM

On my to-do list today:

Go to library, buy new card.
Call school, set up appointment with one of the teachers.

I love my life.

gimp fest 01-23-2008 02:23 PM

you need new challenges.

Janeway 01-23-2008 02:24 PM

Fucking librarians need photo ID for a new fucking card.

The last couple days have been super busy. Wednesday is my 1 day off a week. :)
Fucking librarians need photo ID for a new fucking card.
I've never needed ID for a library card.

Janeway 01-23-2008 02:29 PM

I'm sure it's just me. They just love to dick me around because I'm always having fines, but they're always under $4 so I don't have to pay them.

I'm out of peanut butter and I want to buy a small tumbler, but it's a 20 minute drive into town and I'm still in my pajamas.

Static 01-23-2008 02:31 PM

hmm

Win A Rabbit 01-23-2008 02:35 PM

What's with people and not wanting to go somewhere because they're in their pajamas?

I go around town in my pajamas if I have to do something and don't feel like showering/getting dressed. There's no problem with it.

Janeway 01-23-2008 02:44 PM

I don't want to get them dirty.

Win A Rabbit 01-23-2008 02:47 PM

I manage to stay pretty dirt-free when I venture outside tbh.

Should I just call the teacher up, or walk down and meet him? It'd be more professional to go meet him, but it's just to let him know what we're doing and to see if he has contacts for lights/sounds.

Static 01-23-2008 02:48 PM

hmm

Fuzzy 01-23-2008 02:52 PM

Why are they sooooooooooooo damn good??!?!?!?!

fishbulb 01-23-2008 02:55 PM
fishbulb, recording sounds pretty good, nice and spacey, but not nearly enough presence, if you get what I mean? How many microphones were used?
I used 7 microphones: 1 for the kick, snare, 3 toms and 2 overheads.

Panopticon 01-23-2008 02:58 PM

pure...symphony x is good but sometimes kind of cheesy...

Panopticon 01-23-2008 03:00 PM

the_pure_drummer 01-23-2008 03:11 PM

Hey seafroggys got any good audio of yourself playing at your best standard?

fishbulb 01-23-2008 03:12 PM
i replied to your link btw...and its more in depth than "HIT HARDER!"
Static 01-23-2008 03:16 PM
