I was actually expecting iron maiden's version of the whicker man (only a cover)

I've listened to one song, and I can already safely say that if there is any justice in the world, these guys will catch on very soon.

I'm putting them in the queue for one of my spotlights. There's a few other bands in front of them, but they will be on the list.

You know, they've been around for 15 years and they have released 5 albums since 1996. Recognition should have already come. They're well known in the underground though and their live performances are awesome. Jondur said they play in a club in front 60 people as if they were playing in front of 6000! The unfortunate thing about them is that they're americans and the US is not the ideal place for a heavy metal band.

Nothing would make me happier than seeing them in a future spotlight of yours :)

Otherwise, it's unbelievably hard to find decent cds at cd stores anymore...although the FYE near my grandma's house actually had a metal section of the store...with some decent stuff.

HMV has stuff like Blink 182 in the metal section :upset:

There's an awesome Media Play semi-near my house. It's got great power and black metal. I spend a lot of money there. :)

BestBuy satisfied me for a while...had a decent selection at great prices.

Now, they have nothing i want...so I'm stuck with Tower Records, which has a semi-better selection, but with beefed up prices.

I gotta start using Amazon more...

Amazon is too f[SIZE=2]u[/SIZE]cking slow. I ordered two CDs there two weeks ago. I just got an order update from them saying they'll be shipped by the beginning of August. :angry: At least they make up for it by having every CD known to man.

Embarking on the quest of metal is very hard here in the US, unless you're into Slipknot and Korn.

I love amazon, only problem is i tend to get carried away with buying from there when i dont have money in my hands (which is why i dont have an ebay account).

This coming from several years of experience in high school German. :)

Italy is great. The language barrier wasn't too bad, but only because I know portuguese. I would love to see Finland; beautiful country, beautiful people, great music. I did a presentation on Finland for school; learned how to make Sima. (Finnish lemon mead. alcohol. great stuff)
