Carnage, you going to the Hieroglyphics show at the 930 club?
Hopefully.
Hopefully.
Cool, man. I should be there too.
Yeah both are pretty good (both as in books and films).
Indeed. Earlier today I felt like watching High Fidelity again.

Ever noticed the names of the films John Cusack always stars in?

High Fidelity, Serendipity, Identity... Hmmm.

Zappa 08-03-2005 11:05 PM

What a titty.

Luxor 08-03-2005 11:06 PM

Little Man being Erased 08-03-2005 11:07 PM
I hated the About The Boy movie, despite loving the book. The acting makes me cry. High Fidelity is wonderful in both forms, however.
I liked it. Not as good as the book though.
Ever noticed the names of the films John Cusack always stars in?

Anyway, John Cusack is awesome.

Little Man being Erased 08-03-2005 11:10 PM

10k!

ATM 08-03-2005 11:11 PM

I've got a job interview in about 10 hours :-D

The NPC 08-03-2005 11:12 PM
Do I go for the 10k now or should I just head to bed?
Go to bed, it's better for you.

Little Man being Erased 08-03-2005 11:15 PM

You probably should go to bed then, after all it's just the interweb.

ATM 08-03-2005 11:16 PM

Just the interweb? You take that back!

YDload 08-03-2005 11:18 PM

Hit 10k then add it to your resume. That's the kind of thing employers are looking for.

ATM 08-03-2005 11:20 PM
Hit 10k then add it to your resume. That's the kind of thing employers are looking for.

Good idea.

"So, what have you accomplished in the last few years?"
"Last night I hit 10 thousand posts on an online forum"
"Welcome aboard!"

Little Man being Erased 08-03-2005 11:20 PM

It shows commitment.

Zappa 08-03-2005 11:21 PM

My parents, since I told them, have always seemed very proud of me being a moderator.

ATM 08-03-2005 11:21 PM

How long have you been modding?

Little Man being Erased 08-03-2005 11:22 PM
My parents, since I told them, have always seemed very proud of me being a moderator.
Leadership.

Zappa 08-03-2005 11:23 PM

I don't know how long I've been at it. A year maybe?

YDload 08-03-2005 11:42 PM

Are there any songs in popular music where the note G is not used? Like, not even as part of a chord? I've just been thinking about it is all, because G is my favorite note. And whenever I play music or look at tabs, I always seem to have to play a G.

What songs don't use G?

Zappa 08-03-2005 11:53 PM

I'm sure there are some popular songs with 5 or more flats or 3 or more sharps that don't break away from that central key.

morrissey 08-04-2005 12:15 AM

I'm writing a Smiths FA and it is hard. :(

I'm already at 2,000 words and I haven't finished 1984 yet.

6Stringer 08-04-2005 12:53 AM
