Rock and metal is easier due to avoidance of what is metal versus not.

It's pretty hard to argue whether or not something is Rock music.

Rock is distinct from classical is distinct from jazz is distinct from world etc

I think it would still cause more arguments as to what ends up on the list, considering the majority of the people that post in this forum listen to metal.
