It's at the First Unitarian Church in Philadelphia. It should be really awesome, I can't wait.

Modern Life Is War is one of the few hardcore bands I like, and I'm pretty picky about hardcore.

It took me a while.

Here's what you need to know:

1) You need gain. The more the better.
2) You need high-output pickups. At least humbuckers.
3) You hit the string with the side of your thumb and not the top. I use to do it on the top, it was hard as ****.
4) You have to hit it in the right place. Just keep hitting it in different heights on the string and you'll find it after a bit.

Tyler, sorry I left in the middle of that conversation last night. The three band names we are choosing from at the moment are The Snake Pit, Soul Cinema Theatre, or Clacton-On-Sea. But the drummer told the guy at the venue are name is Master Victor. Anyway, we don't have any music up yet but we are an indie band so I don't know if you would like it.

I saw that show on friday. It was great. Make an effort to get into Terror because they are so fun live.

It's just a temporary thing. After the show is over I'm gonna' focus on the post-hardcore stuff I've been writing with the drummer of the indie band.
