NOFX is a bunch of guys in their 40's who still dye their hair, wear shorts, and sing about farts.
you have great taste, but this time i must say you've gone too far.
Punk in Drublic is a pop-punk classic. The Decline is a 18 minute song that is great. I mean sure, most of their discography is the same three chord pop songs about hating hippies, but when they are on they are a very catchy talented band. It's just like listening to someone like Coldplay, or Blink 182. They are pretty bad for the most part, but when they are doing everything they can do right they are really good. |
I agree, The Decline is awesome.

I've always like their early stuff, such as Ribbed and White Trash, Two Heebs, and a Bean but almost everything after '96 was awful. |

Letters is an awesome album. I may have to put that on too. |
That's not one of my favorite Miles Electric recordings. It's so crazy.
I haven't heard much of his gone electric stuff. I like the beat, it kind of seems to ground pretty much everything else here for me, even though the grooves get spastic, too. But otherwise, yeah, pretty crazy. |
That's such an amazing album.
Yea, it's a lot of fun. I was bumpin that **** at work today. |
Soul-Junk - 1956
Probably my favourite modern hip-hop act. I've also been digging The Queen Is Dead.
Does it sound very different from 1958? The Decline is a great song, I agree with pixies. |

|
Rock is highway music but rap is for when you're goin slow or stuck in traffic.
|
Been listening to Radiohead - The Bends and yet again concluded its my favorite and only album of Radiohead that I really listen to.
I always listen to pop when I drive. |
Does it sound very different from 1958?
I'm not very familiar with that album. It sounds like really wacky experimental hip-hop.
Goo Goo Dolls - Dizzy Up the Girl For the most part, this album sucks. However, there are a few tracks that are absolutely great ("Dizzy", "Slide", "Broadway" and "Black Balloon").
Exactly. Diggage: Death Cab For Cutie The Smiths Trophy Scars The Cure |
