I think Poor Twisted Me is a horrible song. The song isn't Metallica for a start, it's pretty much blues. James' vocals are horrible, it's boring, the solo is rubbish, gah!. I hate it. A lot of the songs from the Load era are pretty shoddy. ie. Better Than You, Slither, Bad Seed, Fixxxer, Low Man's Lyric, 2x4, The Memory Remains (singing old woman? come on...), Ronnie and Cure (the 2nd half of the song is awful).

There are a few underated songs from that time too: The Outlaw Torn, Thorn Within, Wasting My Hate, Where The Wild Things Are, Attitude.

I also think they should have done a cover of Raining Blood, they played part of that live once...but Garage Inc is a tribute album by Metallica so it kinda wouldn't work.

My fav St. Anger song? Either Invisible Kid, Dirty Window or The Unnamed Feeling.

a fact to comprove that metallica never take Jason seriously is that they never play live thorn within(jason's favorite song).

raining blood wasn't play complete, just the intro.

the good raction is that now metallica has a kicka[SIZE=2]ss[/SIZE] bass player.
the bad reactions are that if they let jason be himself maybe st. anger would be more elaborated and enjoy jason's full potential.

I dont agree with the way they treated him. And i agree with him for leaving, cause i would have too. I feel really sorry for the guy. Imagine this, A dream come true, become part of METALLICA!!, but they treat u like sh!t, dont play anything u want to, make u do all the bitch work.

I would have found an excuse to leave. And i would have done it right before they recorded an album to screw them up like they had been doing to him for over 10 years.

That is on Seattle, am I correct? On San Diego they play part of Orion. And on Mexico City they play part of Dazed And Confused. But Jason kept playing Orion wrong.

I think Kirk was much friendlier toward Jason that Jaymz or Lars but even Kirk doesn't have as much say in things as they do... :angry:

They play Orion toward the end of the bass solo. Jason plays the riff, and then the guitars come in and play the middle section (no solos though). They play Little Wing during the guitar solo on Seattle I think...

Mustaine hates metallica 'cause the fans of megadeth like metallica's old stuff, and he knows that after his kickout metallica put 3 awesome albums better than any megadeth album(imo)

Actually, it had a lot to do with the fact that he told them not to put him in Some Kind of Monster, but they did it anyway. I don't think he had said anything like that at shows that much in the past.

I think Megadeth is better than Metallica, but it's all opinion. I don't want to start another dreaded Metallica vs. Megadeth debate.
