Yeah, I use iTunes too. But that's alright since it automatically converts .wma back into mp3.
|
Should use Winamp for your computer. Plays .m4a, .mp3 and .wma.
|
I like the layout of iTunes more than anything else I've seen.
|
I use WMP. I don't have an iPod...

Me too. I really like the cover flow tbh. Plus all my music is .mp3 so I don't need the extra capability. |
oh damn, I'm uploading to mediafire now lol
Oh well. /cancel
hey masscows you have it from the disc? edit: nvm (goes to last.fm and steals link from matt's profile)
I like the layout of iTunes more than anything else I've seen.
yep. I've never had any problems with the program, its definitely one of the best i've used since it has all those converting options, good layout, and (semi)regular updates. |
I prefer iTunes as well. And its convenient with my iPod. Very easy to fix tags and add cover art.
|
I used Winamp up until I bought an iPod. Now i use iTunes exclusively.
|
If I had an iPod I'd use iTunes.
As for now I just used WMP. |
wmp is terrible on so many levels
|
Yeah, I'll agree.
It's not so good, but I've used worse. |
wmp has better sound quality (after d/ling a DFX plug-in) but itunes is the best for organization
|
hey masscows you have it from the disc?
yes |
wmp has better sound quality (after d/ling a DFX plug-in) but itunes is the best for organization
itunes isnt any more "organized" than wmp or winamp |
itunes sounds terrible.
|
I use foobar. Really simple but doesn't take up a lot of space.
|
itunes isnt any more "organized" than wmp or winamp
You have more options for putting **** in. |
what
|
Name, Time, Artist, Album, Track, Genre, Year, Composer, Comment, Grouping
|
uh you have all those options with wmp and winamp too..
|
Name, Time, Artist, Album, Track, Genre, Year, Composer, Comment, Grouping
I only care about 3 of those things... But I still use itunes |
uh you have all those options with wmp and winamp too..
Not all of them. I use all the ones I posted, but not necessarily for what they're intended for. Under composer I put the year the band formed in. Under comment I put the country and town the band is from. Under grouping I put the label the album came out on. |
oh yeah they dont have Grouping
omg wmp doesnt have comment either uh oh has 'Description' though |
oh yeah they dont have Grouping
omg wmp doesnt have comment either uh oh has 'Description' though
Do you use comment or description? I'm curious what to use it for. |
I haven't listened to Ribspreader in awhile. I'm about to change that.
|
any Kronos fans? i just got The Hellenic Terror and Colossal Titan Strife and both are intense death metal albums. i am surprised that i didnt hear a whole lot about THC last year when it is up there (for me) as one of the better death metal albums of 2007
|
I used to hear tons of hype about them. Once I downloaded THC (lol) I thought it was total crap. Meh.
|
Kronos is okay from what I remember. I've only heard them once and it was only like 2 songs.
As for WMP sucking. The updated version lick more balls than the older versions. I kept WMP 10, because the newest (WMP 11, I believe) is so fucking lame. It won't let you edit anything. They said they were "going simple" with it, but it's so overly simplified you can't do shit with it. |
you must be pretty retarded if you cant figure how to edit anything with wmp 11
|
You can edit, but you can't do it from the main screen, so it's a pain in the ass.
