So, apparently, theres this motivation theory, made by a person called, maslow, and he made a hiarchy of needs. How crazy.

I was so bad at history, I found it so boring.

How can you sit there and just get told stuff that happened? It's not like you have to understand anything really. :p

I really don't mind history because we don't do a whole lot. He makes us do group work everyother day, so I get marks for doing nothing. But now I have to do something on my own and I'm just not in the mood. I really should do it tonight since the weather is crappy and tomorrow it's supposed to be nice. But I figure, it's 6:00 now, I have 6 hours until I need to get off the computer, and hour a page should be easy enough. And I don't have to finish today, I can finish the rest another day.

Things that motivate people to work better

- Finacial rewards
- Recogintion of work
- Job Secuirty
- Independance
- Chance of promotion
etc etc

None of those are motivating me for grade 10 history. The only thing that I really want is to make the honour roll this semester, and even if I do ****ty on this, I will still probably make it.
