Erm yes. I forgot about the drums. Its annoying talkin about him cause its always like:

"Whos drumming in that?"
"lol"
"what? are you a total geek?"
"thats his name"

I love them me. Im mates with the sexophonist Stevo.

And whenever i use americanisms i get them wrong and people get confused :( Please use english, it makes life easy for me.

I wish my initials were LOL or BRB. Those are my favz.

Drum Phil 01-11-2006 06:19 PM

Nah its his nickname. Not sure what his real name is

DuckinFutch 01-11-2006 06:22 PM

I wasn't too crazy about the song...

SM spoiled me...

Drum Phil 01-11-2006 06:22 PM

Pah. Ska > all

DuckinFutch 01-11-2006 06:23 PM

I know...

Streetlight Manifesto is like my favorite band...

They just seemed a little off somehow, idk...

LoneStarDrummer 01-11-2006 06:26 PM

How can you have any pudding if you don't eat your meat?

....

wtf?

no, I didn't see it...

But Streetlight manifesto is better...

No offense, but those guys were a little boring, I like the up tempo ska more...

Just my .02$

Drum Phil 01-11-2006 06:31 PM

That'll be the day is my favourite Streetlight manifesto song. Columbus usually play their songs a lot faster live.

Another pretty good ska band is "the hot quiche conspiracy"
Jello Snackpacks.
never thought of that. it makes so much sense

That's an awesome song...

My personal favorite would probably be "we are the few" or "failing, flailing"

Listening to the CD in order makes the songs so much better though...

@ Your name:

Aaah, the wonders of plastics...

Drum Phil 01-11-2006 06:52 PM

When did i break 4k? BAH. I need to pay attention

DuckinFutch 01-11-2006 06:54 PM

Congrats!

I'm still a virgin when it comes to 1,000 post counts... :(

Drum Phil 01-11-2006 06:56 PM

Hurray for southpark.

I think im sobering up.

Undisco Kidd 01-11-2006 06:56 PM

I like them, with the exception of the vocals.

Too catch-22-ish

Undisco Kidd 01-11-2006 06:59 PM

Oh, and Futch.
Where in Indiana are you at?

DuckinFutch 01-11-2006 07:00 PM

Bloomington.

You?

Undisco Kidd 01-11-2006 07:05 PM

:[ lucky.

fort wayne.

i'd assume that bloomington would have a music scene, judging by IU.
fort waye has none. no local bands, no shows.

DuckinFutch 01-11-2006 07:07 PM

it's got a bit of one, it's not huge.

Well, it's actually pretty big, but it's almost all in bars and stuff, so you have to be 21 to get in. There's only one place that's all ages, and almost only high-school bands play there...

And for jazz, I can go to a world-class jazz concert every week at IU for free...

gastery6 01-11-2006 07:08 PM

I've been listening to the Antimaniax lately, there a pretty sick ska band.

I dare anyone to find a better ska band then Streetlight Manifesto. I dare you

DuckinFutch 01-11-2006 07:09 PM

Janeway 01-11-2006 07:11 PM

My cat has been playing with the plastic wrapper from a case of CD-R's for three hours.
The noise is so unbelievably annoying.
Jesus.

DuckinFutch 01-11-2006 07:12 PM

take away the plastic wrap?

Undisco Kidd 01-11-2006 07:13 PM

give it an oh-so-cliche ball of yarn?

gastery6 01-11-2006 07:13 PM

Janeway 01-11-2006 07:16 PM
take away the plastic wrap?
Yeah.
Right.
Whenever I take something away that she likes, she'll sit in the exact spot it was in and yowl for hours on end until she either falls alseep, or someone gives it back.

Aaron 01-11-2006 07:17 PM

cook the cat and eat it.

Janeway 01-11-2006 07:18 PM

My nipples ache.

PremierManiac 01-11-2006 07:19 PM
