Happened to me once. I asked a mutual friend and it turns out she does that with most people: hangs all over you like you're the best person in the world, and then seemingly overnight thinks you're a disgusting peice of ****.

It happens. Get over it. Knowing what you "did" will not solve anything.

Eat less food. Only drink water.

I do only drink water or fruit juice, and i have cut down on eating, and i have lost wieght, but i wanna loose more quicker.

If there's anything I've learned, it doesn't matter how much you weigh, unless you weigh over 300 pounds.
