its not even really that weve grown apart, its just that when i come home i end up hanging out with these same kids and i can't really stand it. they're my only options really when i want to do something and its never really a great time. the only people i really wanted to hang out with here just moved to denver, and the other kid is in jail until at least february.

idk, i just hate having to spend time where i live. this place is fucking depressing.

My closest friends are still ones I made from high school, but I don't hang out with the majority of the people I did hang out with in high school anymore.

I've realized that when you feel really depressed it usually turns out things usually aren't as bad as you think they are. I've been a lot happier since I've been off heroin it's officially been six months since I've been off/addicted to anything. Pretty happy about that.

yeah

surrounding yourself with positive people/influences is the best thing to do too. learned that this year. i'd almost rather just stay home than go out with my friends here at this point.

My dad bought a hotel shuttle bus and he and his friends painted it cowboys colors and put logos and stuff all over it. They drive it to the games and tailgate in it. Not really my thing and kinda silly but w/e he seems to enjoy it lol.
