does anyone else notice that there is something wierd with the sound on all st. anger songs. it sounds like there is static or something.

sounds like there is interference on the snare because of the intro of some kind of monster. either that or the mesa boogie was stuffed

jason newsted was the best metallica bassist

I think James does a great job at what he does. He can sing well even while playing a riff not even close to the rythm of the verse, like in the verse to Fade to Black or MoP.
