Mods shouldn't rep normal users unless they did something really outstanding such as ran a large ongoing poll.

I mean all together. Ever since I got 5000 i've repped him about 3 times which is about 300 and then before that I repped him quite a bit.

The guy with lots of rep is a drum forum regular, and DBJ repped everyone around there a lot, with his (initially) higher edited rep, I think.
