I just subscribed for a student room for the the uni I'll be studying at next year.
And I'm so glad not to live in the US of A.
Privacy, hell yeah, own shower yeah.

repcak 05-13-2009 03:17 AM

Morning Peter!

You are going to a students-flat now?! nice... I had lived in one for 1,5 years - good times.
Do you already know what do study now?

I am looking forward to the Machine Head Interview - I already finnished my questions. Its going to be awesome... :D

the2stranger 05-13-2009 03:32 AM

Howdy Kacper!

Yes.
I''ve subscribed to a place in a huge flat (600 student rooms)
There are 9 people living on each seperate floor.
With these people I willshare the kitchen and two toilets.
I have a shower of my own there.
It's a good studnet flat, a friend of mine still lives there, another used to live there.
It's 15 minte by bike from uni.

I'll be studying Religious Science.
Studying all kinds of relions from all over the world and how they all fit in into society, politics and general life.

Good to hear about the Machinehead interview, I don't lke them myself.
But a chanceto interview a big band like them is ****ing awesome.

I'm now wiating for a guy from the watercompany, who will install a new watermeer in our house. He should be here between 10 and 12 in the morning. No sign of him yet and it's already 11:30 am.

How are you doing?

nice - it seems to be the exact kind of students flat I had lived in.

Religious Science? Is it the right decision for you? It won't be for me.

I love Machine Head - "Through the Ashes of Empire" was my first metal album I bought, so its nice to interview a band, which you had the first contact with metal. :)

I going to sign my both CDs by him too - haha, though signing is gay

Yeah, it is my kind of thing.
I'vealways been fascinated by religion.
Even though I'd call myself an atheist.
It has all the things I'm interested in, religion, philosophy, ethics.

Getting a CD signed is not gay, it's awesome.
I have some CDs signed by Aidan Baker of Nadja.

repcak 05-13-2009 05:16 AM

It is gay... really!
But doing a photo with Robert Flynn is awesome :)

Good that its your kind of thing! thats the most important; have fun!
btw. in which city are you going to study?

the2stranger 05-13-2009 05:18 AM

Taking pics with bandmembers can be pretty lol worthy.
Especially ifpeople try to look over the top metal, because they're posing with a band member. :p

The city is called Nijmegen.
Eddie Van Halen was born there btw.

repcak 05-13-2009 05:26 AM

Posing is Metal!

Nijmegen... seems to be nice; about 70km to Amsterdam :)

the2stranger 05-13-2009 05:31 AM

Indeed!

Btw, I'm going on a holiday to Czech Republic this year.
We'le probably camp in Plzen.
Who knows, maybe I'll visit you in Vienna. :)

I had a dream last night that I was at my grandpa's house and a guy called me to ask if I wanted to register for a dolphin hunting permit and I told him no because I raise pigs for a living, then some university police from my campus came to the house and searched it for weed.

some other stuff happened but i don't remember

I just awoke from a dream where I was at a library/zoo trying to steal a copy of Un Chien Andalou on PSP disc. I was wearing a dress. I was walking around the aisles trying to find a door I could slip out of unnoticed and there were bears and monkeys everywhere. Then they started filming a documentary on anger management so there were emotional people everywhere and one was teaching some one how to make a sausage out of bread.
