In the commercials it looks like Quiznos has a lot more in it. And in real life it seems that Subways has very little

White Castle kicks *** though, I love to eat there.

Anyway, Subway >>> Quiznos.

I eat plain subs so extra stuff doesn't concern me. Bread + Meat + Cheese and i'm happy.

I live in Salisbury, PA (610 area code lolz), it's a township outside of Allentown. I just needed to state that White Castle isn't worth traveling to that hell hole of a state for. South Jersey is really nice though.

Well, I actually tend to put lettuce, mayo, salt + pepper on my subs, but I was agreeing with the minimalistic approach.
