But on the site, all of the Goon Platoon content still needs a login, other than the Q&A. I actually just asked a few questions, I hope they answer them...
But like I said, that's the only GP thing available to the public. It doesn't seem like they're closing it or changing it or anything
they will change it, I promise

EDIT: Also, I saw something on ET last night about Deryck and Avril getting married this month, so...I guess after dating since they were in diapers they finally decided to get with it

Neoteric 07-16-2006 12:23 PM

I've not heard Sum 41 in ages. I have the same name as Deryck except it's spelt differently.
Canadian pop star Avril Lavigne, wed fellow musician Deryck Whibley, lead singer of Canadian band Sum 41, in California on Saturday..

At the outdoor, non-denominational ceremony, Lavigne was walked down the aisle by her father, John, to Mendelssohn's "Wedding March." She wore a Vera Wang gown and carried a bouquet of white roses reports People Magazine.

The couple said their vows under an awning decorated with white flowers in front of 110 guests, including family and friends..

Once the groom had kissed the bride, guests tossed rose petals at the newlyweds as they walked back up the aisle reports People Magazine.

After the wedding, guests were to be treated to an outdoor cocktail hour before the reception, including a sit-down dinner, under a tent on the estate.

The couple's first dance is expected to be to the Goo Goo Dolls' "Iris."

Lavigne, a native of Napanee, Ontario, and Whibley, of Toronto, have been dating since early in 2004. Deryck had proposed to Avril in Venice, Italy in June of 2005, during her European tour.

Star Magazine reported that yesterday Avril, and Whibley, were scheduled to become man and wife shortly after 6 p.m. Pacific time, at the ten-acre Hahn Estate -- formerly known as "Lilly Belle" -- in Montecito, Calif., just a few miles down the road from Oprah Winfrey's spread.

A source told Star that outside of the couple's family members and closest friends, the only show-biz celebrities on hand were members of the couple's respective bands.

"There looked to be fifteen security guards patrolling around the exterior of the estate, which has a long, winding driveway leading from the entranceway to the grounds where the ceremony took place," an eyewitness tells Star.

"There was a huge tent with red velvet curtains set up on the premises, and they had a big generator out on the main road supplying extra power for the affair.

"A jazz band was hired to entertain the guests. And Avril and Deryck couldn't have picked a lovelier day for their wedding -- the temperature was in the mid-80s and the sun was shining brightly."

In the days before the scheduled ceremony, the couple reportedly had been staying at the exclusive San Ysidro Ranch, a chi-chi resort nestled in the Montecito foothills near the Pacific Ocean. The Ranch's top suite, the Eucalyptus, goes for $3,990 a night!
/searches again.

Excursions 07-18-2006 07:51 PM

Is that guy on that teenage drama show One Tree Hill?

DJ Ducksauce 07-18-2006 07:53 PM

What?

No. Deryck is in Sum 41.

The guy on One Tree Hill is Chad Michael-Murray. Or Chad-Michael Murray. Something like that. He's married to Sophia Bush or Sophie Bush or something like that. She's hot. She's also the one that plays the brunette on one tree hill. Brooke I think.

Not using capital letters or full stops is "stupider" I feel.

Those two fags look similar. If Henry Rollins and John Doe can do acting, there could have been the possiblity this Sum 41 person could have been the same person on that show.

I guess since i'm not the biggest Sum 41 fan EVA! I don't know all these things.

when i click pictures on this one site, i get the same search engine

sometimes i get an "error" message

internet explorer messes up too

DJ Ducksauce 07-18-2006 09:03 PM

Hmm weird. What internet browser do you use?

Pics 2, 3, and 4 don't work for me either now, but it doesn't go to a search engine...

It's the internet. We know what he says whether or not he has capitalization.

And they barely look similar. It'd be hard as hell to mix them up.

Apparently, you're not a Sum 41 fan at all. So get the **** out of the thread

Excursions 07-18-2006 09:17 PM

So much hostility.

Srsly, just don't get involved. My asian friend answered my question and it's all fine and dandy and i'll now leave. I think it's only fair to get my rebuttal to that fellows post, which I have. K.

I never said I didn't like Sum 41. Read his usetitle.

Chilly-Bean-Bop 07-18-2006 09:32 PM

Okay, thx. :)

I won't be able to download until next month though probably. I'm thinking late August we trade comps.

DJ Ducksauce 07-18-2006 09:33 PM

Haha then then.

Chilly-Bean-Bop 07-18-2006 09:34 PM

Fish 07-18-2006 09:36 PM

i got my brother the infected CD for christmas, and they're now his favorite band, and he bought all the Cd's and dvd's and got a t-shirt.

DJ Ducksauce 07-18-2006 09:38 PM

DTLI pwns hard.

DTLI>AKNF>HHOP>Chuck

imo

Happy Live Surprise is pretty sweet.

Fish 07-18-2006 09:48 PM

i liked chuck

DJ Ducksauce 07-18-2006 09:50 PM

I liked it, but it was a big let down for me. I didn't care much for the direction they were going in. They lost all the catchy hooks and fun. It was too serious and I dunno.

I love Pieces though.
