Does anyone know how to change my adobe audition files to mp3 so i can put in on soundclick?

Just google "mp3 audio converter". Download a program. That's what I did back when I actually recorded and needed to change formats.

No the more I download, the more I pay the internet company but I think I have unlimated now.

I know of a site that can convert the file for you, you just have to download the file after it's converted..

Hmmm...that won't cut it, all my audition files can only save as .aup

And I just finished writing a song and I'm hoping I can enter the matchday league even though i'm a day late.

You can't export as a .wav or something?

I don't know, but I'll just use Wave Studio and just won't be able to add some little effects. Do you think sheephead will let me in a day late though?

Just got back from the air rifle range, trying to fugure out what pellets work best in my gun; felt like I was fighting a loosing battle with my shooting today.

Anyhow, bass wise I have been messing around with the Infinity trying to find what works and trying to get as comfortable with it, being a 5er, as I am with my corvette 4 string (chalk and cheese in terms of my confidence on the 4 vs. the 5er)

I need to seriously do some recording again, I bought all the bloody gear and now it is just collecting dust.

I have never used Adobe Audition.

The way I record is to create a backing track in FL Studio 6 and then do my actual recording in Audacity.


Has the Adobe help file not been of any use?

Does the program not allow you to choose the "save as" file type?

Oh sorry I wrote audition eh, I meant Audacity.

When I press save as the only option is an .aud, but on my other program I can choose .wav or .mp3.

Don't use save as.

Go to File>Export and then as mp3 or as wav should be there.

You'll need the LAME encoder to export as mp3 so just use .wav.

Problem solved.

so instead of shipping me my bass, musicians friend shipped me a prs guitar...now i have to wait for that to get shipped back before they even send my bass out...awesome..

yeah its a pain in the ***, on top of having to call 4 times and talk to 6 different people about a pretty simple problem. ahah one guy after i told him the problem even started to pretend he couldnt hear me then hung up

That is a pretty big mistake on their part. I could see shipping the wrong colored bass, but a PRS? :lol:

on a positive note- i saw 300 last night which was a pretty sweet movie
