Suggestion for the mods: This is very bad, time-wasting, and probably out of date. (in other words, it's how a regular user like me would solve a problem)

But an idea of mine (I do it often) to keep a thread on the top is to constantly copy and paste the last thing you said, re-post it, and delete the original. This is my idea of how to keep the rules on top. I do it often in Forced Listening to bump the thread. As I said, this wastes time, but it's the only thing I can think of. My idea is very old-school, and not an extremely advanced way of doing this, but hey, it's just an idea, bad or not. :)

Thats not a bad idea. I think re-naming the rules thread will help as well.

there is a new guy called iron giosba or something, who is posting loads of crap threads all the time, including "Best Year of Metal", "Ask me any question on Maiden" (which he did twice), "Band name" and "If you think I am crazy...". Sort him out please...

When your viewing the forum that you want to post the thread in just click on the new thread button its on the top left hand side of the page.

Its a good idea, just going to take some time. I've been working on it as time permits. Between keeping all the people who can't read from posting stupid posts and all the other stuff around here time is short!!

And btw theyre are too many official threads. Since when do megadeth need one?? I'd never seen a megadeth thread before...most of the discussion is just taking place for the sake of it....Megadeth are adequatley covered in the ToT thread...but dont get me wrong, they are my favourite band.
